The drop off facility wasn't open Sunday afternoon when I dropped the truck off. You're assuming everyone has a smart phone with internet access.

Rude customer service. Parking lot was a joke. Could barely turn around. Also, every customer service person I spoke to on the phone was ruder than the last. I never submit bad reviews but my uhaul experience was terrible. How do you run a business like this? Never using again.

Why don't you ask your employees to wear face masks when in the office? They were right on the peg board. I could also tell the truck wasn't sanitized with the dust on the dash and knobs. This will greatly factor into my decision on which rental provider to use in the future.

This was not where I expected to pick up the trailer. Even though I received a confirmation just a day or so earlier, the location was changed the day before. It added about 36 miles round trip to the process.

The young lady that processed my rental was very helpful and professional. She came out and actually moved the trailer, hooked it up and tested the brake and turn signals. She was outstanding, I will absolutely use this UHaul rental office again.

I was surprised that I was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee The only things I left in the back were the blankets I had rented. Otherwise the back was as clean as when I picked it up. If it's a standard fee I will factor it in when pricing

The car had drink containers under every seat and clearly hadn't been wiped down before I took possession. Also, the steering wheel was out of alignment by 10 - 20 degrees, making driving a bit uncomfortable.

very helpful gladly entertained piddling questions of route relative to truck access, and gps hook up, etc. did all paperwork online, so that i was in and out of place faster than a 7/11.

The software for identifying the return location did not work after several unsuccessful attempts. Tried calling the uhaul help number and was put on hold indefinitely (gave up after 20 minutes). This was no fault of the Long Branch uhaul. They are very nice and considerate.

Everything was great. I did ask the girl if the van would fit a queen mattress, and it did, but only if you lay it down which took up the majority of the van. We had to go rent another one, so this ended up costing a lot more. Had I known that it did not accommodate the mattress, I would have opted for a bigger truck upon rental.

I was supposed to return the truck to brick New Jersey location after speaking to four reps I had to drive out to point Pleasant to return the truck I spoke to a supervisor at U haul Silvia and she was supposed to email me a $25 credit which I have not received yet I keep checking my emails and I have not received a credit for my inconvenience being stuck in traffic beach sure traffic because the location was not convenient as when I spoke to three separate reps they told me definitely one location in brick New Jersey so I had to drive all the way out to point Pleasant New Jersey which is very far from the home in brick
