GEORGE WHi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent rental of a 26-foot truck. While the overall experience was positive, I was disappointed with the fuel charge applied at the end. Operating and navigating a truck of that size especially when pulling into a gas station comes with added difficulty and risk. Maneuvering in tight spaces increases the chance of accidental damage, which made me hesitant to attempt refueling for what was likely a minimal amount of gas. Given that I only drove approximately 40 miles, the fuel used would have been minimal likely around two gallons. I believe a more reasonable approach would be to apply a fair fuel charge based on actual usage and current gas prices, rather than requiring customers to refuel under potentially risky conditions or face a higher fee. Aside from this issue, everything else about the rental process was smooth and satisfactory. I appreciate your time and consideration of this feedback. Thank you.
