Business was not open at 3pm ish when dropped off. The ap also was confusing and not very helpful. It would not allow us to say yes we were dropping truck off at location on paperwork. Had to use a different close location to be able to continue on line checking it in.

Don't confirm availability of a rental item with customer and fail to provide it. Customer had to drive 40 minutes out of their way in a severe storm to pick up a rental that V & S stated would be at their location. This caused mileage to be added at customer's expense

Another great experience with U-haul I have used trailers- 16’ trucks and this last trip I used a 26’ truck which was a a lot better than expected my move went smoothly Thank you for making our move a better experience than we imagined

When I reserved the van, I arranged pickup in Middletown (5 min from my house). Was changed to Eatontown and then ultimately changed to Long Branch which was very inconvenient for pickup and drop off , both being on the weekend in shore traffic. The van was great and service provided was also great. Just alittle inconvenient with location being switched.
