The man working behind the counter consistently hit on me the entire time the moment that I made it very clear and precise that I did not like the attention or the language being used he then turned into a very nasty human being and cussed at me and my girlfriend and yelled at us calling us stupid

Kelli JI checked out a truck at 100,038 miles and drove to Eugene and back. When I got back I took a picture of the dashboard saying 100,275 but when I got my final receipt they input 100,725 which added more than 400+ miles on my invoice. I called the location and they refused to help. Even saying that the picture that I took is incorrect even though I have timestamped proof of the dates and time of the dashboard mileage. I finally called the U-Haul customer service desk instead of the location front desk and they were able to help me. DONT USE THIS LOCATION!! After telling the front desk service station that I was calling the U-Haul customer service, then they admitted that they “fat fingered” the number even though they were refusing to help just a few minutes earlier. Even saying what I saw on the dashboard was wrong! Maybe this location has a scam going on.
Larra IThe gentlemen that took my truck was so kind and helpful. He let me know that they were going to charge me and gave me the number to speak with an agent right then and there. He apologized for THEIR mistake.
MICHELLE JThe inside of the vehicle reeked of manure and animals with what looked like poop on the handle and on the ramp. Additionally the inside had what looked like pee stains on the floor of the truck. We had to clean the inside as we had already gotten the truck home before using it.

BRIAN TFelt like i wasn’t given a heads up for 2 day rental period. The gas charge for $30 is ridiculous and unjust when i only drove 28 miles. The needle hardly budged. How is there not an allotted miles to use for 1 or 2 days? Feels a bit nickel and dimey to me

spencer sI reserved a truck on Mississippi neighborhood uhaul. When arrived, was told there's no truck, and I had to take a Lyft to get to this location, which took me a whole hour of delay of my moving process.

Jay TIt was a fast and easy drop off! There were other people on the office picking up vehicles and trailers, and out attendant hostels to get everyone checked in our out quickly!
RACHELE KThe system was down so I had to stand outside in the freezing cold for an hour waiting on the store to open. After 9am they still hadn’t opened and said the guy was out till 12pm. I lost the movers who were supposed to help me because of the delay. I requested a refund and they still haven’t gotten back to me.

Shane RThe location is a busy gas station, but the site is well organized with a separate area holding a good selection of U-Haul Equipment. The agent running the office and assisting with equipment was very helpful, had a good attitude and got me on my way fast and with a securely attached trailer.
ROBERT PThe U-Haul guy hooked up the trailer would not allow me to assist. The trailer latch was not in good condition/broken. Trailer fell off my truck 4 times. Almost got me in an accident twice.

theresa tThere was a hole on the top of the truck. Didn’t notice it until we pulled the mattress out and step machine and they were all wet. Not happy! Waiting for the entire step machine to dry before plugging it in to see if there is any damage. No rain, no problem but Oregon is famous for raining. Have pictures if interested.

This was not only an inconvenience but also an additional expense for me. The electronic web app for picking the truck up was cumbersome and it took me more than 30 minutes to complete the check out.

I had never rented one before so I thought it actually meant o would just be laying $20, but it ended up being wayyy more than $20 a day

Mark FI realize corporations under hire staff. I left the truck parked in an unsupervised lot behind the station. Anyone could have come along, siphoned the gas tank or damaged the truck before intake, and i wouldve been charged? I took photos of the gas meter, and all sides of the truck to CMA.

SHYLO AService was friendly and prompt. Equipment was mostly cleaned, but there was soil in the back of the trailer. However, I would not recommend this particular U-Haul location because I have strong reason to believe the staff working here are dishonest. When I rented my trailer, I specifically declined the $8 insurance. But after I returned the trailer, the cost was more expensive than the quoted cost during my reservation. The staff explained that “U-Haul adds taxes and fees” on top of the quote. This was said to the customer in front of me as well when that customer noticed his price had increased. When I saw the receipt, I noticed that the $8 insurance was added and I can only believe that the staff member added this without my knowledge and consent. Quite unethical to be treating customers like this. So because of this, I would not recommend going to this particular U-Haul branch.

leah sVery generous with both time and attention. Helped out with electrical equipment. Very efficient and helped three costumers at one time in a manner that made us all feel served at the same time. Over all very kind customer service as well. Will return for uhaul needs.
TREY BThis continued my terrifying rental experience as there were no signs, just a gas station parking lot down the street from where I was once mugged. Man insists I back up my trailer to the farthest spot, despite my telling him I was unable to, as I’ve tried it many times before with this trailer already. He insisted. Then the other customer chimed in and they told me different things to do at the same time. I had to get out of the car and explain to him that I was not able and he would need to walk it over the twenty feet. He became irate. Told me I just “don’t know how to do it” and I need to be mad at U-Haul, not him. He agreed whomever installed the hitch did a dangerous job. Then, he repeatedly scolded me. I just drove off once the trailer was detached because I could not stand there with the man making negative remarks to me nonstop.
