The personnel were very helpful and kind. The location was very crowded and somewhat difficult getting the truck and trailer into the storage lot. Overall the helpful attendants made the location pleasant.
Kevin HIt took me an hour to pick up the truck because I could not complete the pickup through the mobile app, and nobody was on-site to assist. Then the attendant gave me the wrong keys or wrong vehicle. I tried to take pictures of the truck before I drove off but the photos would not upload to the webpage/app. When I dropped off the truck and received my receipt, I noticed extra charges for things I did not sign up for. Never using Uhaul again.
Derek CThe attendant that helped us was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. We believe he said his name was Michael but we don’t remember for sure. 10/10 customer experience solely because of him.
