I have a recommendation for self check in. Instructions need to be much more clear - When I received the code for "my" lockbox I did not know multiple customer's keys were in the lockbox. It is common when you buy or rent a car to receive two sets of keys. I took both sets of keys from the lockbox without paying attention and hit the road. Uhaul called me later when the other customer showed up to rent his truck and his key was gone, I had it by mistake. It made for a rough day for myself, the uhaul local rep and the other customer. It was an honest mistake and I think it should be more clear both in the self check in app and on the local lock box that there might be multiple keys in the lockbox and each customer only gets one set of keys.

I was given a 15 foot truck when I had rented a 10 foot truck. When I inquired to see if it would be possible to get a 10 foot as I had reserved, the desk agent told me he believed that I was lying. Despite showing an email confirmation. It was strange and uncomfortable and unnecessary. I will never rent from this location again.
