1) The system wasn’t working to check in 2) The last 2 trucks I’ve rented came with 1/8 of a tank of gas in it 3) the first truck I rented I luckily put gas in on site, because there was a GIANT hole in the gas tank that leaked all the gas out immediately. Then when I told the associate he said that HE KNEW AND IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. Then he made me drive it and park it again- with gas leaking everywhere 4) associate got pissed at me because I wasn’t thanking him for almost sending me out in a damaged dangerous truck 5) associates are never nearby, ask me to do tasks that they should be doing because it would take time away from all of their friends they have hanging out in the carwash.

Positive experience all around. The guy that helped me was awesome. Super friendly and explained charges and process really well. Could not have had a better experience.
Trey BLamar (worker at the desk) was helpful and quick. He made the rental and return process very easy. Thanks so much!
Evan NSorta like Portland writ large: expect the service here to be a little surly and the layout to be dysfunctional. But it will work out in the end. Go in with a thick skin and you'll be all good.
Ian KNever done a trailer before. Went ahead of time and asked them to look at my car to make sure I had the right setup (U-Haul says you can ask for this) and they refused. Went to return during normal business hours but nobody was there. I have never disconnected a trailer before and can't back it up so this was a problem. I finally figured it out but the designated parking spot was on a slope and the trailer started rolling as soon as I discovered disconnected it. I had looked for wheel stops but not were available. This location gives Uhaul such a bad name that I don't think I'll be renting from any U-Haul location again.
