Better customer service. U-Haul seemed to be run as a side business at this location, and customers did not seem to be priority. The app experience was spotty and unhelpful, so I had to wait for 15 minutes for the person running the business to start looking into my reservation. They didn't have the dolly's I had reserved and I wasn't made aware ahead of the time.
