This whole experience was a nightmare. From booking a uhaul earlier in the day and being told they didn't have the freaking truck I reserved, to the customer service number not working, to having to drive all the way to freaking Indiana with promise that there is a uhaul available and finding out that was a lie to finally getting a truck at a damn car wash ðŸ™„ my day that should've started at 10am started at 5pm and the customer service number that I FINALLY got through on did absolutely nothing. Not even a damn apology. I will never use this service again. I rather die.VICTORIA C.

My driver shared that the vehicle was filthy inside and out with a complete muffler missing. He had no choice but to take the vehicle despite the condition because we were using to help a very important customer. I was over charged $68 and $58 a total of $126. I should have been charged 100 miles x .69 equal $69 + 19 equal $86. $86 is what I should have been charged. I put $25 dollars of gas in truck. Which is 7 gallons of gas. If the truck gets 16 miles per gallon of gasoline I was able to travel 112 miles on the $25 worth of gas. Needless to say the gas needle in the truck is very deceptive I believe intentional. Would someone look into this. My cell 708. 513 7057. Thank youLINDA C.

I had to wait 45 minutes after the time of my reservation started for someone to arrive to the location. The truck i reserved was not ready and told me to wait for it to come. I need to be at a location 10 minutes away at certain time. I was late of course due to the timing of event. This location is not ready for the volume of having a uhaul and car wash.Tracy W.

The location changed 15 minutes before my reservation because the truck I had ordered didn't arrive as planned. The mileage was rounded to increase the amount owed, without compensation for the change in distance caused by Uhaul's unexpected change in location. Additionally, the gas gauge was not documented honestly (said it was full when we got it, but it was missing 1/8th of a tank, requiring us to compensate extra gas that we did not use. Wash the truck, spray the truck down, clean the inside, and made sure the truck was able to use, because it was very unsanitary, and atrocious. I wanted to take a shower after getting out of the truck, which was not good at all.Martell B.

My truck was returned at 7:15pm not 9:00am. My app didn't work so I couldn't open it up to follow the directions for return/dropoff I was told that the dropoff location would be open until 8pm and they closed at 9pm. When I returned at 7pm the doors were closed so I couldn't receive help to complete my dropoff, so I just parked the truck and locked the truck up.Monica R.

Full refund! I only used 9 miles and I left it with the same amount of gas that was required and I still got charged 50 dollars. When I took the truck they gave it to me with the wrong milege, and on top of that the person took forever to give me the key because he couldn't find it. Not only that... The person wasn't able to use his computer I don't know why so, he did it with his cellphone. I am very disappointed. He told me he was gonna take care of me. But how??? By charging me 50 dollars for the truck? I have pictures of milege and fuel!!!!! Very bad location!!!!leopoldo R.

My reservation was at 9am. No one greated me opun arriving, only to say the uhaul representative was runing 5 minites late. 10 minutes later a car pulled into the lot, and a gentleman came out. I thought maybe this is the rep I had been waiting for. He proceeded to walk right last me, not greet me or acknowledge that he sees me. I figured this is not the rep. At 9:15, I had enough of waiting, so I decide to walk out, and as I am walking out the same man that looked past me, says, "can I help you?". I said, "Yes, I have a reservation for 9am". He then said he was the owner. I was very dissappointed for the long delay. The "owner" did not apologize, and proceeded to have a lousy attitude the entire time. It took another 20 minites for him to start his computor and get the truck out to me. As I stated, I was thoroughly dissappointed at wasting an extra half hour of my day, and be treated as if I was the one that was being an inconvenience, and not even recieving an apology or explanation. The location was nice the truck however the truck was extremely dirty and it had someone else's belongings in there so they love books in there nobody clean the truck out the truck was so extremely dirty that it needed to be washed I had to put something down because the truck was so dirty I had to sweep it out and then put something down to keep to make sure that my furniture did not touch it the truck is very poorly maintained its dirty on the inside of the cab and the back of the truck is extremely dirtyTanisha G.
