From booking a uhaul earlier in the day and being told they didn’t have the freaking truck I reserved, to the customer service number not working, to having to drive all the way to freaking Indiana with promise that there is a uhaul available and finding out that was a lie to finally getting a truck at a damn car wash 🙄 my day that should’ve started at 10am started at 5pm and the customer service number that I FINALLY got through on did absolutely nothing. Not even a damn apology. I will never use this service again. I rather die.

He had no choice but to take the vehicle despite the condition because we were using to help a very important customer. He was very embarrassed of the vehicle when the customer rode with him for the order. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

ERICA SMITHI was over charged $68 and $58 a total of $126. I should have been charged 100 miles x .69 equal $69 + 19 equal $86. $86 is what I should have been charged. I put $25 dollars of gas in truck. Which is 7 gallons of gas. If the truck gets 16 miles per gallon of gasoline I was able to travel 112 miles on the $25 worth of gas. Needless to say the gas needle in the truck is very deceptive I believe intentional. Would someone look into this. My cell 708. 513 7057. Thank you

Richard LivingstonI had to wait 45 minutes after the time of my reservation started for someone to arrive to the location. The truck i reserved was not ready and told me to wait for it to come. I need to be at a location 10 minutes away at certain time. I was late of course due to the timing of event. This location is not ready for the volume of having a uhaul and car wash.
Tracy Walker79 VINCENNES. CANCELED MY RESERVATION SAW ME IN THE PARKING LOT WAITING FOR A TRUCK. ENTER HIS TRUCK AND PULLED OFF, WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. PUT MY RES AT A ANOTHER LOCATION OUTSIDE MY ARES, WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAINED UHAUL PUT MY NAME ON NOTICE AS CAUTION, WHICH MEANS I CAN NO LONGER RENT FROM UHAUL....I BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME...NOW THAT I'VE PURCHASED A HOME I THOUGHT THIS WAS SOME REAL BULLSHIT....HOW IN THE HELL U NOT RENT TO SOMEONE...NO WORRIES CAN WE SAY MENARDS ETC..THANKS FOR THE AWFUL EXPERIENCE..

Garry TurnerMy experience was horrible, My Pick up was scheduled for 9am and they didn't open until 10am in which i had paid for movers and was paying by the hour in which they were on-time and ready , So I had to pay for that hour I lost. Overall they were despicable

Jordan PlattThe location changed 15 minutes before my reservation because the truck I had ordered didn't arrive as planned. The mileage was rounded to increase the amount owed, without compensation for the change in distance caused by Uhaul's unexpected change in location. Additionally, the gas gauge was not documented honestly (said it was full when we got it, but it was missing 1/8th of a tank, requiring us to compensate extra gas that we did not use. I will not be using this location again.
Gregory LakerWash the truck, spray the truck down, clean the inside, and made sure the truck was able to use, because it was very unsanitary, and atrocious. I wanted to take a shower after getting out of the truck, which was not good at all.

James JohnsonMy truck was returned at 7:15pm not 9:00am. My app didn't work so I couldn't open it up to follow the directions for return/dropoff I was told that the dropoff location would be open until 8pm and they closed at 9pm. When I returned at 7pm the doors were closed so I couldn't receive help to complete my dropoff, so I just parked the truck and locked the truck up.
