Albert IOne of the attendants was extremely rude. I was never given the 50.00 credit I was promised due to the van I had reserved was not returned therefore I had to go to different location which was on Quimby. It was a hassle.

BRANDON DVan was dirty, location is in a dicey area of Portland. They asked that you do not park in driveway but there was no street parking available in area. I found the check on process of taking a cellphone picture of all sides of the van tedious and annoying, enough to the point I wouldn't rent uhaul vans again. The guys in the rental office were cool and booking online was easy.

JASON KIndication of gas level was incorrect on check-out form showing tank 3/4 full when it was actually 1/4 full resulting in over-charge for gas. The attendants corrected the error and all ended happily. Check the paperwork on checkout is my advice.
Daniel AI returned the vehicle with 1/8 tank MORE gas than I received it with and was charged over $70 for fuel and fueling fees.
Christopher RReceived truck on empty. Employee said it was fine and to take it and return it on empty. I did so with the fuel at 1/4 (more than I was give ) then I get charged a $30 fuel adjustment.
MASON WThe close proximity to from/to point A was good. The pick up location also was a junkyard with incredibly limited parking and we’re not informed until we got there that they would be closing at 4 PM not 5 PM, luckily it was a small move however, that should have been said in the two calls I received to secure the truck. The website also said I would be able to pick one up at a different location which would have been closer to me, however the original representative said that they never have 10 foot trucks. Again go to your website. It says that they do have 10 foot trucks. That’s a glitch on your end that needs to be fixed. The truck was well maintained in the sun that it was running, and we had no problems with the truck. Inside the truck, however there was broken glass. I understand downtown Portland has a lot of issues with parking overall and with homeless, however, there was zero parking for the trucks (the U-Haul trucks) nor was there parking for regular personal vehicles. The 10 foot truck did not come with the lock, again this ties in with this being in a downtown Portland location, under a bridge, and having to use street parking to return the truck. The only reason I would refer this to a another person moving, as it is within close proximity of the Pearl District, however, I do not think I would recommend U-Haul overall anyone at this point.

AUTUMN SI Think when you change drop off place, like happen with us, twice (it looked they kept going from one place to the other like they were mad about us choosing the drop off place ), they should give us a discount on payment, not extra day and miles, since we drop off two days earlier. By the way, if we can have a refund for this, please, I would be willling to take it.rgds
Atila CThere was only one person working there, we had to wait and didn't get our van for almost an hour after our reservation time. We were supposed to be able to do it all online but that option wasn't available. The key return was a weird pipe in a fence that the key chain thing didn't fit in so we had to reach through a fence to return it. The area around the location was dirty and we didn't feel comfortable leaving our car parked there.

Barclay GHorrible experience they ripped me off bad communication was so bad and they don’t care about consumer I wouldn’t recommend going there. Penske has lots of better customer service, cancellation, policies, and a way better price.
JAMES LUhauls systems were down, i was an hour and a half late being able to access my truck. This put my movers behind costing me an extra hour. Working with uhaul on a refund of the hour will see if they make it right. Not happy with uhaul.

JOHN FMinimal directions for where to park at drop-off. There were no good locations to park on the street for a 15' box truck. Lighting was terrible at the gate. Instructions for after hour drop off are not professional.
JEFFRY BThis location is very sketchy. It's not clear where the entrance is located. Clear instructions should be sent in the email with the address. Also, when dropping off the rental after hours, the app was not helpful in understanding where to put the keys because it gave a generic photo instead of the location photo. Directions in the app of where to park weren't consistent with the signage of the property. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone and would tell them to choose a different one.

Briana WIt was a very fast and smooth process renting in the office. The guy was super chill and made everything very easy. I will definitely use this location next time I need a uhaul or if someone I know needs one I'll recommend this location for sure.
CAITLIN BAgain, it's not the location, it's Uhaul that was a nightmare. This location is under an overpass and I wouldn't choose to drop off here alone/at night.

NICHOLAS Evan rental was perfectly adequate. employee misplaced keys after return and accused me of stealing the van, said they contacted police. keys were magically found when I came in person with backup to the rental office.
HANNAH PSam helped me through my transaction. Absolutely fantastic attitude, great customer service, and a willingness to help. The reason I keep coming back to this location is because of the above-average customer service.

MALIK STruck was low on gas and engine light came on. Had to return to the rental office to have checked. Good thing was I was not charged for the extra time this delay caused. Attendant was very courteous and competent.
Thomas GWhen I got out of the truck near the dropoff location, someone ran up to me and demanded I give them the keys. He just kept saying "give me the keys give me the keys" he was so pushy and abrasive I thought he was trying to scam me or steal the U-haul or something. I finally asked "do you work here" and he barked "yes" at me like I was crazy and kept being pushy trying to get me to hand over the keys right there on the sidewalk. No papers to sign or anything. He did not say that he worked there or have any identifying information on him or a uniform of any kind. He acted very put out when I insisted on going inside to change the keys so I could at least try to verify that he worked there. He just went behind the computer and started clicking on things without looking at me or saying anything and then he was like "oh, so now you'll give me the keys" like I was some kind of idiot for not just assuming a random man that ran at me in the street and demanded I hand him the keys worked there. He didn't offer me a receipt or anything to sign or verify any of my information. It was a really weird and unpleasant interaction

JUANA ZCharged me for 2 days when I clearly only had it for 1 day. Having to argue with them and customer service, very unpleasant experience and really underhanded and not a way to treat a customer who has rented almost 60 times in 10 years.
