This was the location I was given for drop off and when I got there the employee on duty told me I had to go to another location because he was expecting some trucks. Well he should have been expecting the trailer I had as well. I had to coerce him to let me drop it off and I had to unhitch it because he was busy. I just couldn't wait!

Self check-in/ out was a challenger. Uhaul trucks parked in mud. Car was picked up there was low tire pressure in left rear. The warning light was on. I had to take to fill air at my own cost. Upon return, I couldn't sef check out through system.

We were told when we picked up our vehicle that closing time was 5 PM. We arrived back at 4:30 and were advised to call to reach the associate who was “on lunch”. He then informed us that in fact they were closed for the day and asked that I please plug the parking meter and park on the street, which cost another $5. This is a shameful level of customer service and I will not return to this location to rent again the the future.

Pick-up location itself is great, and I wish nothing but great future for Jerry, but this experience with U-Haul (not the location itself) left me felt like a victim of another fraud. I had reserved truck online from 10am till 8pm, and nowhere during the reservation it was mentioned that I should bring the truck back already by 5pm, because the pick-up location closes at 5. I'd recommend to fix the reservation system because obviously it's broken. Also, the price estimate for 50 miles was about $80 but I ended up paying over $120 for 43 miles. U-Haul math is weird.

The drop box does not seem to be secure. I most definitely dropped my keys and rental agreement and was confirmed by Jeri that he saw me on the camera, however key was not in it and there was questions to whether I really dropped it. It all worked out and Jeri was great but I am leery to trust that system again. Overall the situation was handle well and I would rent again from this location.

The location was previously under very good management. Now it is very sketchy. The vans are dirty. I've been charged for gas when in fact I filled it above what it was before (and had to call) and finally, I hate to say this, but I think the people working there are on drugs. It is a sketchy crew, and we frequently rent UHaul vans for deliveries in our business and have done so for decades.
