Very hard to find location. Unfriendly staff as well with long wait times. When charged a $150 fee without notice, they made no attempt to assist. Poor experience from this location unfortunately.

I don't have high expectations for rental vehicles, but the basics should be covered when a reservation is confirmed. This location lacked in check out and check in process, on multiple reservations reserved equipment was not provided and was overcharged without reconciliation.

He was also very rude to a customer on the phone. Would never come back again. Horrible service and location.
