Based on the sounds that the truck made, it appears that the regular an ongoing preventative maintenance on the truck is not being done. The condition of the truck was very good and the staff member who helped me was very courteous and helpful.
Katie MI was charged 25 dollars for a cleaning fee because the moving blankets were not folded, absolutely disgraceful. Cherry on top the after hour key drop off is a busted pipe that the keys can't fit into because the u haul key chain tag is giant. I will be calling tomorrow too make sure that I get a refund on that $25 fee. I mean apparently not folding blankets is the same as spilling various liquids, random trash, and other rubbish.
Cameron BI think the staff are doing the best they can with the location that they are provided. But was very dirty and unwelcoming.
