I think the uhaul employee was Jerry and he was the best. Very friendly, responsive, and was able to help me as the reservation on my app was not working at all. I'd recommend this location just because of him, and I'm glad he was able to help me make my move as easy as possible.

The truck wasn't washed when I picked it up. Yeah, I know...first-world problems, but I expect a washed truck when I rent from you. Maybe you could knock $20 off the price for a filthy truck?

Dierdre G. on

It was a good place just really tight parking and trucks were parked tightly into a small area. But the service was great.

Just a cleaner truck! Besides that,Jerry and another guy that was there on Sunday were great!!! Great customer service

The location was convenient but the way business was handled wasn't good for the consumer. The estimated rental price seemed high and when he reviewed the bill with me he intentionally omitted mentioning the $14 "Save move" insurance. I noticed it when my final bill came in the next day. I didn't initial it on the form either. Also, he said he was closing at 5pm. I made a special effort to be there and at 4:20 noticed the gate was half closed. He was closing early and told me to park on the street and put the keys in the after hours box and he was STANDING IN THE OFFICE when he told me to do this. I don't like how they do business here. The van exterior and windows were filthy and made it hard to see around the van while driving. I normally drive passenger cars so my experience with a van is limited. Clean windows would have made the visibility better. This location failed all the way around.

Site was unexpectedly unstaffed mid day.

Be sure to close your transaction with an employee--both times I have rented from this location, I have been overcharged for equipment I did not reserve or rent. To resolve the issue, took two phone calls--one of which was 35 minutes long, most of which was spent on hold.

Nothing, Jerry Aguilar was amazing. 5??????????

Excellent service and vehicle. Return customer.

The overall vechicle rented, a 15’ truck, was fine minus the dirty windows. The reason for the below average rating for the location was due to having to wait 45 minutes passed our scheduled pick-up time to get the truck. When my husband arrived, the owner was tied up on an “important” phone call so he was unable to take the steps to hand over the truck and the assistant who was suposed to help was late to work. Besides the wait being annoying, we were pinched time wise for an appointment we had with our moving help. We will not be using this U-Haul site again.

Try to not rip people off by jacking up the mileage and charging more than double the advertised price. This is one shady outfit.

No one was onsite to check in the truck I returned at 3pm. Left the truck and dropped the key. The next day I received a receipt showing that I was overcharged by $60 dollars. Called and received no help. Was told to call the next day and speak to someone else. Called the next day. No one answered so I left a voice mail. No one ever called me back. Called several more times before I finally spoke with someone woh could not find my contract or information. Said they'd call me back when they find it. Have not heard back. Issue remains unresolved two weeks later.

Super nice guy working the uhaul lot!

Drop off was a major pain. I showed up at 5:10 p.m. and they were closed so I had to go through the check out online. It took about 45 mins. Every time i would get close to finishing, it would freeze up on me and i would have to go through the whole process again. Major pain in the ass. Your online system sucks.

This uhaul location was very helpful, courteous, and I would reccomend them to everyone wanting knowledgeable and efficient business. They had everything needed for my move and we’re very professional. Thank you??

The two store clerks were clearly unorganized and didn’t know what they were doing. They told us one thing but when we spoke with U-Haul employees at our drop off location, we were told something completely different. We had to wait about 15 minutes to check in at the Quimby location and once they were helping us they answered the phone and talked on the phone for a long time.

Filled the tank put 2 gallons but still got changed for a gas fee. I only drove 6 miles

Friendly customer service but the charges were pretty out of wack. This review is more for UHaul in general.

I reserved a vehicle at 425 NE Broadway and went there expecting to find the truck. I was told that I had to go to another location 3 miles away. Luckily I had driven there and not walked as I had originally planned. I was told that I was supposed to get a phone call to tell me that my truck was at a different location, but that never happened. Finally I didnt realize until after returning the truck that I was told that the gas gauge showed 3/16. It didnt. It showed just under 1/8. So I was charged an extra $7 for gas. Seems like a scam or at best a mistake. All in all, u-haul has substandard service.
