I only go to this U-Haul, they're super friendly. And they don't treat you like garbage like some of the other U-Haul places that I've gone too. They're just super accommodating. So I would only recommend this location. The only downfall is that you have to go with somebody else otherwise you have to pay for parking and park your car and it can only be there for so long

1st location did not have our UHaul even thought it was rented in advance and the location was printed on my receipt. 2nd location did not have any boxes that I ordered and only 1/2 the blankets. The UHaul was dirty and full of pet hair!

After 20 years of being a loyal U-Haul customer, I am done and if I have anything to say about it, everyone I know will be as well. I rented a U-Haul trailer online. I received a phone call telling me that the location doesn't have the open trailer I reserved but they had an enclosed one that would work and she honored the same price and was fantastic. She told me that this location closes at 5, which is earlier than many others. I assured her I would be there by 5 and I was..... I arrived about 4:53. I have the call log to back it up as well as my GPS. The gates were locked; they had closed. I called the reservation line and the woman I spoke to was horribly rude telling me I had a pick up time at 4:15 and that it was impossible that anyone called me. She also told me that she would not assist me because I was late picking up my trailer. I again told her that the only time I was given was 5 o'clock and I was there before 5. She then said that I would have needed to be there before 4:45 to rent a trailer because they close at 5. Again, I was just told to be there by 5. I asked for a supervisor, she refused and after more of her unbelievable attitude, I asked again. She agreed in a snarky tone and hung up on me. I called back two more times, requesting a supervisor and was hung up on, both of those times. Between calls 2 and 3, a man came out of the trailer and while he tried to ignore me, eventually he did acknowledge me. I explained that I had a reservation for a trailer, he cut me off and said, "ya and you were supposed to be here at 415." I yet again explained that I had not been given a pick up time, only that I was told that I needed to be here before 5. He agreed that I was there before 5 but said i would have had to have been there by 4:45 at the latest to rent because they close at 5 and again, said I had a pick up time of 415. I said, I was not given an appointment time. I was only told that i needed to be there by 5. He rolled his eyes and said he was not going to be pressured into renting me a trailer and walked away. Makia is the customer service representative who called me initially. She was both personable and professional. Apparently, she entered in the 415 time and didn't tell me because I had told her I was on my way over there. She called at 4 and thought 15 minutes would be sufficient. She didn't realize I was a bit away and in rush hour traffic. On my fourth call back, I got her again, thankfully. She apologized for not telling me about the appointment time and promptly found me another location to rent my trailer from. She took ten dollars off of my rental. At thid point, i have no choice anyway. Makia is an employee you should be proud to have. In fact, after today and sampling the sub par, embarrassment to U Haul employees, that shining little star works amongst, she should be promoted to a corporate training position, immediately. Wasn't the issue of this location, but they had computer/system issues again. They had a hard time getting my truck checked in because it showed a diff truck in the system. Took a lot longer than expected to get a receipt.

The gentleman who renred me the truck told me directly that he never cleaned or inspected the truck, as if it was funny. I believed him-- it was very dirty and smelled like cigarete smoke. When I received an appliance dolly instead a utility dolly, he was snippy when I called and asked it to be removed from the bill. It was the worst experience I've ever had u-haul; I consider myself lucky it ran for all the 15 miles we drove it.

Nothing wrong, just odd. Located under an elevated Interstate in the center of downtown. We are just not used to this type of setting. The staff was very gracious and kind! Thanks for the support.

My credit card information was stolen. Credit card company had to cancel my card. To add insult to injury, Uhaul charged me an extra $30.00 because my payment was delayed and refused to remove the charge.

The person at the desk seemed to be very slow and easily rattled. Took too long to get the truck. Already signed up on line and should of been faster. The truck did not have the blue pads inside like they should have been. Caused problems throughout the day
