The attendant at the front desk was not very friendly and was potentially under the influence of something. I was charged $50 extra and i cannot figure out what for. I left the truck full, as directed, and it clean/good working condition. the only benefit of this location is that it is close to my work. ..... not my standard uhaul experience.

The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. It is the best rental truck staff experience I have had. He went above what he had to do. The truck operated well, but it was burning oil. That is the only reason I listed that the equipment was not well maintained. This has little to do with the staff at the location. They probably just received the truck that day.

The Clerk was smoking Infront of the front door to the trailer, she was rude and short with me, especially when I declined the insurance. The truck was covered in dirt and some mud, the location was dirty, there was a lot of trash around the site. I will not go back there again.

Buyer beware. $19.95 turned into $54 plus $7.00 in gas
I'm still amazed at the bait and switch. Chances are I will need to rent a haul van in the future but next time I'll be better prepared to seek a better deal. This is truly false advertising. And what's up with the $1.00 environmental charge? I call BS

I only go to this U-Haul, they're super friendly. And they don't treat you like garbage like some of the other U-Haul places that I've gone too. They're just super accommodating. So I would only recommend this location. The only downfall is that you have to go with somebody else otherwise you have to pay for parking and park your car and it can only be there for so long

1st location did not have our UHaul even thought it was rented in advance and the location was printed on my receipt. 2nd location did not have any boxes that I ordered and only 1/2 the blankets. The UHaul was dirty and full of pet hair!
