Steve MThere was nowhere to park when I arrived other than street parking which was full. The only other location to park was in front of another U-Haul which was backed into a precarious and uneven dirt track, though in order to back in to this spot you had to back over a lip. All of this resulted in a a needlessly tense and difficult parking situation. In order to provide a more optimal experience, parking for after hours drop off should be reserved in advance, and if this is not feasible more clear communication should be delivered about the reality of after hours parking at this location.

Brendan HClerk who works there is exceedingly unfriendly and rude. Surly, curt and acts like I was bothering him by simply being there. Snapped at me both when I picked up Uhaul and dropped off Uhaul. Will never rent there again. The location is awkward and full of vehicles being repaired, no place to park etc. I had the same experience 2 years ago at this locaton - rude and unfriendly.

Julian PBased on the sounds that the truck made, it appears that the regular an ongoing preventative maintenance on the truck is not being done. The condition of the truck was very good and the staff member who helped me was very courteous and helpful.
Katie MI was charged 25 dollars for a cleaning fee because the moving blankets were not folded, absolutely disgraceful. Cherry on top the after hour key drop off is a busted pipe that the keys can't fit into because the u haul key chain tag is giant. I will be calling tomorrow too make sure that I get a refund on that $25 fee. I mean apparently not folding blankets is the same as spilling various liquids, random trash, and other rubbish.

Kent MThere was a system update on saturday morning. I went in at 8:45 to pickup a vehicle at 9. There was one person ahead of me in line and I was at the uhaul store until 10:30. Update the uhaul pos system much earlier on saturday or on a day that isn't super busy...

Katie WMark down correct gas level in your vehicles and not falsify incorrect gas levels. Also instruct renters as to proper vehicle inspection before use of your company vehicles as I was not informed to inspect vehicle
daniel gThe employee told me there were no trucks available. He Did not speak English and was no help. I reserved online which showed that there were trucks available in that same lot at the same time. There was no gas in the truck. I used the car for less than one hour and drove 3 miles. The employee was not in the office during work hours with the door unlocked

JOSEPH CMy main concerns center around the app itself. I accidentally clicked the “x” when it was asking me to upload photos and there’s no option to return to that menu once you’re out. It’s pretty frustrating.
Hannah MThis was not a facility, rather an open lot with a fence surrounding a few trucks and dangerous , tools, trash & sharp objects everywhere. Tools lying in the way of driving a rental truck out of the junked up lot. Which I had to move or I would have been charged for a flat tire if I had run over the tool. The person with his child did not greet us or speak to us, we had to walk around the lot trying not to step on dangerous trash or junk or tools left in the way to find the truck, tucked back in a corner with junk laying all around it including sharp objects. Please understand this was the Check in all on the App with keys at a check out box (no contact with staff option). We then had to walk around to what we thought was the opening of the business and hike up 6 metal steps. Then to be told not to park near his car. He handed us the key with no further instructions other than to dump keys in box near fence. We returned and was charged for another 45 minutes when it was "checked in". The truck was below half full closer to 1/3 full when we started the truck. We put gas in the tank and it read closer to 3/4 and it was marked as 1/2 full. I understand that Uhaul has lowered their standards, but this place was a disgrace. By far my worst experience with Uhaul and I have rented trucks for years. I was overcharged and underserved. I will not be a return customer. Please UHAUL do a follow up on this lot with a fence it is a disservice to the Uhaul brand and service.

Juan LThe operator of this location went above and beyond for me. I was terribly lost. Google maps would not take me to the address. He came out in his own vehicle to find me and guide me to the drop off location, and was kind enough to waive my late fee due to being lost. Absolutely would recommend to anybody despite being a small location.

Chad RThe drop off/return after hours here is a joke. They are open from 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm, which means you pretty much are going to have to return the vehicle off hours. The entire thing took 20 minutes. QR codes, app download that I don’t want, 7-8 photos of everything. Ridiculous. Never renting from this location again.

ROBERT CIt’s not obvious and not an option offered on the website/app when doing a reservation, but this place does offer 24/7 pick up with Mobile check-in. The people at this location were really cooperative and happy to set me up for a pick up after hours.

MICHAEL HI had to clean out the car myself. There were bottles and stuff inside of the vehicle. I had to clean it myself or get charged a $25 fee when selecting whether or not the vehicle was left clean or not after my use. Seems like the $25 should go to me.

LEAH LAlex, the employee who assisted me when I picked up the truck, was excellent. Alex was friendly and very helpful. But the guy who was there when I brought the truck back was difficult, angry and verbally abusive. Horrible experience. He had the nerve to call me. “a stupid white boy.“ And then he recorded the tank as being 3/4 full when it was clearly completely full because I had just gone to the gas station five minutes before dropping the truck off and the gas station is only half a mile away. I was charged an extra $40 for gas because of him That dude shouldn’t even have a job. He’d get fired instantly anywhere else for that behavior. I will never rent from that location again, and will look for a different rental company for our next move. And I’m not paying for that gas charge! I will dispute it through my credit card company if necessary.

russell hProvide some crash courses/short-term classes and teach them some manners and not to treat a customer like an animal, the person who I have talked to him was an asian man and was really rude! I know this is not an easy job, I don't want that person who works there lose his job, but this is not acceptable!
FARZAM AVery difficult to park. Too dark after hours. Difficult to take photos of vehicle. I would prefer a different location.
NEAL RThe staff (one young guy) was working his part-time job? He did not know rental options, and tried to sell me a package that was more than I needed. Then he overcharged me, and it took 30 min to come to an agreement. The truck was great, the help was terrible!
