We did not have to wait in line because our reservations took care of everything when we got there. The staff was ready and waited for us and we really appreciate everything that they did to help

Steven PThe dolly was not there I got charged for. The man at the shop didn't want to be bothered because I did my reservation online. The truck was dirty and smelled like smoke.
Matilda HThe truck broke down on me one hour into my trip, which was four hours. U-Haul was not accommodating. I waited for roadside assistance for three hours and then could not get another U-Haul so I had to then get a hotel room with U-Haul barely wanted to do that until the next day when they could get me movers to transport all my stuff into another U-Haul and then part of my trip back to Georgia. Totally unacceptable and quite frankly, I will never use U-Haul again.
