The truck broke down on me one hour into my trip, which was four hours. U-Haul was not accommodating. I waited for roadside assistance for three hours and then could not get another U-Haul so I had to then get a hotel room with U-Haul barely wanted to do that until the next day when they could get me movers to transport all my stuff into another U-Haul and then part of my trip back to Georgia. Totally unacceptable and quite frankly, I will never use U-Haul again.
