I walked in and the kid looked at me like yeah? I said I was returning a Uhaul. He looked at me again took the key and said did you do the return thing? What return thing- he said scan the QR code on the door. That brought me to download the app which then only gave options to rent a vehicle. He said well I can call the guy and see what we can do and he just stood there and stared at me. Then came back and said we will check it in. Not telling me anything else. I did receive this receipt finally. I would never ever recommend them.

On the day and time of pickup I tried several times to call the sites number and the individual who answered was not professional or helpful so I called UHaul directly and they completed my pickup and rental.
