The app that you have is difficult for someone not knowing how to use apps. It would tell me that my credit card number was wrong when it wasn't. It would tell me my expiration date was wrong when it wasn't. And it would tell me my CVV number was wrong when it wasn't. I put the same number in several times before it would take it. Overcharged me by THREE times! I was told it was confusion about when the truck was returned. My friend was told that I was charged for the dolly that was returned. As of April 7, 2025 @ 3:23, the bill has not been fixed and my money has not been returned like the person at Velocity said it would today.

PAUL DThe UHAUL location doubles as a convenience store and the ONE clerk on duty was busy helping customers. In between customers she would attempt to help me. About half the time she was on the phone with another employee who was walking her through how to check out the truck. Finally, she handed me the key and pointed to the truck. No walk around, no discussion of the truck, no questions if I even knew how to drive one. Took about 45 minutes. It was not a good UHAUL experience.
