How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location served me well, but the Uhaul experience overall was frustrating. I was notified about location changes, was promised follow up contact, which didn't happen, worked to follow up myself and I'm confident that if I hadn't I would not have ended up with a truck when I needed it. Then the rental cost me twice what I was quoted.
Mark HI did get half a dozen moving blankets that smelled terrible so we didn't use them.
Tirza KEasy transaction, the truck works way better as a gasoline engine truck than a diesel engine truck. Way more horsepower. Only good for short distances though, since Uhaul charges by the mile. Penske is better for overall mileage experience, however diesel is expensive. Perhaps Uhaul would consider an unlimited mileage option for state-to-state moves.
Arturo GThe truck was very bumpy! Not a comfortable ride but other than that and a flat tire (repaired by UHAUL dealer), everything was fine.
