How U-Haul Reviews WorkAbsolutely horrid I will never rent a U-Haul again especially from this location the owners didn’t want to help any customers did the lest the could to help me then double charged me for 2 days when I ordered 1 and dropped it off in less than 12 hours on top of saying I drove a total of 70 miles and that is a complete lie
Corbin PLet them know in advance what the total cost might come up to. $19.99 a day sure never looked like it could possibly be $225.00 !
HELLER PThe location served me well, but the Uhaul experience overall was frustrating. I was notified about location changes, was promised follow up contact, which didn't happen, worked to follow up myself and I'm confident that if I hadn't I would not have ended up with a truck when I needed it. Then the rental cost me twice what I was quoted.
Mark HI did get half a dozen moving blankets that smelled terrible so we didn't use them.
