I have raised a ticket on the horrible service. I banged on the door for over 20 minutes. No one answered. Finally someone showed up and looked like they were asleep. After I made a complaint I got a nasty email back saying I wasn’t on time and the person went for lunch? I wasn’t aware UHaul shut down the entire operation for lunch. To top it off I was asked to go behind the counter and process my own transaction. I have not received a final bill yet?

Load the vehicle with the supplies requested. At least have more than 1/4 tank as the starting point. Give a consistent U-Haul experience as the other locations.
Gemma Awhen i rented and picked up truck i was told .19 cents per km/mile in canada . i paid a 211 deposit for a local move then upon returning truck store was closed i called uhaul they contacted owners the owners did call me met at store they told me i owed an additional 160.00 but my reciept shows they refunded me 106 they gave me 0 dollars back not impressed also was charged for coverage never agreed to that
