Update the system online for current availability. Because when i booked, i did it from my town, next day i get a call that its available in city next to mine. It should show current availability online. Other than that everything else was good.

The person in the counter didn’t have me the keys, kept me waiting for 30 min and sent me to another U-Haul. I had to contact uhaul support service to fix the issue. Due to all this trouble I lost an appointment I had. I contacted customer service about it but they sent a message to the manager from the location and that was it. No answer since then

I have raised a ticket on the horrible service. I banged on the door for over 20 minutes. No one answered. Finally someone showed up and looked like they were asleep. After I made a complaint I got a nasty email back saying I wasn’t on time and the person went for lunch? I wasn’t aware UHaul shut down the entire operation for lunch. To top it off I was asked to go behind the counter and process my own transaction. I have not received a final bill yet?

Load the vehicle with the supplies requested. At least have more than 1/4 tank as the starting point. Give a consistent U-Haul experience as the other locations.

when i rented and picked up truck i was told .19 cents per km/mile in canada . i paid a 211 deposit for a local move then upon returning truck store was closed i called uhaul they contacted owners the owners did call me met at store they told me i owed an additional 160.00 but my reciept shows they refunded me 106 they gave me 0 dollars back not impressed also was charged for coverage never agreed to that
