Upon arrival there was no greeting. All information was given by me. The truck or equipment was not checked he just took the key. Only conversation was the questions I asked.

The trailer was not well maintained, in fact the strap tighteners were so rusted it took a long time to get the straps tight enough to feel comfortable that the car would not move. Then when I got the car home it was very difficult to loosen the straps so I could get the car off the trailer. I pointed out this situation to the technician who received the trailer and he agreed it would need quite a bit of WD-40.

We were not able to pull our motor home into the site for hookups. Also after 3 confirmed conversations with u-haul , we were told upon arrival that we could not use the tow dolly that we had reserved for our vehicle, had to use a trailer, more money, and the area rep Jordan told us we would get a $50 credit for the inconvenience and rate increase which never happened. Also told after we arrived ( not even mentioned before) that u-haul people do not hook up equipment without another fee being charged. Was not a good experience

We were lied to, given a broken truck, had poor communication AND had my husband's wallet stolen by an employee when we returned the truck. We were promised a certain price that was not honored. It has been a TERRIBLE experience and no one has been willing to help.

Cleanliness of the location was a little disturbing. Attendant was eating lunch at desk and finished his plate before assisting me. Paid an additional cost to have car removed off transfer system, not fully released properly the first time and attendant had to remove another chain.

I rented a lot from you guys and I will never rent again. You changed my day of pick up 8 hours before stating that it was not possible. I had to leave the players golf championship where I paid 500$ for a ticket to get that truck because I had no choice. Then change the pick up location. It ll was told it was because of the one way rental. This is absurd and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows about your customer service. Never again. Thanks

the edgewood avenue location,(near lem turner rd)were very disorganized!!they did a terrible job....however Victoria motors saved the day, they were very helpful,and courteous,they may have saved us from going with Penske,on our future needs.

I reserved a 9' cargo van to move my daughter into her college apt. I drove 250 miles to pick up the van and her things from storage onward to Tallahassee. I was unfamiliar with the area so got there early for my 4:30 reservation. The van was not there and they closed at 5:00! I was panicked. Wally, the owner was wonderful - checking with UHAUL Central (thanks MIssy!) for other locations nearby. It was now Friday rush hour in JAX and would take 45 min to go cross town. And I was exhausted from my drive! . Luckily the van returned shortly after 5:00. The owner was so sorry for the confusion - and the customer service he provided was superb! He offered to shave off a few $$$ for the delay and inconvenience as he wanted me to have a really good rental experience. All turned out well....the equipment is new, clean, and economical. I highly recommend Wally at the Victoria Motors location. Best to call to reconfirm that your equipment is indeed available on the day of your rental!!! :-)

Excellent experience with the U-haul and the personnel were amazing. I’m most definitely coming back to this location if I needed to rent again. Very nice and informative. There was a $10.62 Fuel credit then I return the truck with the same amount I received truck with. I get charged $10.62. Why ??

This location was not open while dropping the uhaul off (holiday). It was not in the best of locations, but the man next door told us what to do.

I was behind schedule due to traffic congestion & weather in FLORIDA and I called the drop off lpcation to let them know I would not be on time with drop off so the informed me to just leave the key in the drop box, so I did as instrusted on the day it was due and still charged and extra day. I have used uhaul several times with no problem and always had good experiences and I am very upset and disappointed with this experience and extra charge, even after calling and speaking with customer service to no avail. I believe I will take my services else where from now with budget or penske.

I reserved the van online originally I was told to go to a different location in Fort Caroline which they didn’t have what I had reserved they did not told me that I was redirected to the one in Beach so I went to a different location and they did not have it either. I decided to call instead of just driving around when I call then is where I found out that it should have been this location. The person that answered told me that she didn’t see where I was send this information and that she was going to send it, but I never received it. I had to call all the ones I found on google to make sure I went to the correct one. Not a good service.

Even though all was reserved online nothing was done and spent at least 30 min. going over what should have been done before hand. Never received chain caps or chain slack ties. Went to the back of property hooked myself and had to ask and wait to have someone check all lighting.
