Not the location but the entire pickup was awful. The trailer we reserved almost 2 months in advance was not available, and the only one of that size was an hour and a half drive away. Further to that, we were only notified a day before we were supposed to receive the trailer, and we also asked for a dolly and moving pad and none were available. Finally, they also charged us for 12 moving pads and I still have not received my refund. Terrible experience overall.Breanne M.

We ordered a 26 feet3 + a trailer and the day before you told us that it was unable. We had to rent two 20 feet3 (one was 1h30 away from our house) and ask to a friend to do Winnipeg-Ottawa with us. We had to pay extra for: - Gas - Rent - Accommodation - Food - Fly ticket for our friend to come back It costed us a lot and U-Haul didn't help us a lot with. The discount gave us was very low. I reserved a truck and tow dolly for pickup in Winnipeg and at the last minute learned that I had to pick up the truck in mor den, 90 miles from Winnipeg and the tow dolly at the Winnipeg location furthest from me. VERY inconvenient and used up four hours of my time.Fredrick W.
Clean the mud and dirt out of the cab of the uhaul truck. Sweep out the storage area of the truck and wash the dirt on the outside of the truck. Have the uhaul you reserved available at the location you requested on the date you requested.Steven M.
My first issue was I had to drive 175km one way to go and pick it up, so that was an extra 4 hours of driving both ways. When I picked it up it was caked in mud. I had to try and hook onto it myself then pull it into their car wash and a guy did wash it. I had to ask him to clean more mud out of the hubs of the wheels as it was really caked in there when he thought he was done washing it. Pulling it home empty the trailer had a major vibration to it amd it vibrates my truck at times as well. When I got it home I looked under the trailer at the inside of the hubs and they were caked in mud causing the wheels to be way off balance and all the vibration. I spent and hour and a half with my pressure washer laying under the trailer cleaning out the inside of the wheel wells. I also had to pressure wash out the inside of the trailer as the floor was muddy as well. After that it pulled fine. So because of where I had to pick it up I lost 4 hours, then another hour amd half cleaning it out before I could even use it I was not impressed.Clinton C.

We had booked online many days in advance and indicated we needed to rent moving blankets. When we arrived for pick up no moving blankets were available. We were sent to a neighbouring town for blanket rental and they had none either. Due to covid, reps were not bringing blankets to rural locations. It would have been good to know this prior as we were relying/expecting to be able to rent themLeslie B.
I feel like the per KM charge is extremely steep. Over $100 is not reasonable for 24 hours use all in town. Next time I'm taking people up on offers to use their trucks for free and do more loadsNicholas K.

I didn't like the idea of filling the gas half tank. I ended up putting too much gas because estimating half a tank almost impossible. Why wouldn't it be you get the van full and return it full tank?alica wangui M.
