It was the most disgusting car I’ve ever driven in my life; the floor was covered with food scraps and trash, and there was a disgusting smell of food. I couldn’t breathe when I got inside, so I tried to get rid of the smell by spraying deodorant. I took care of my business, but all my belongings ended up smelling like that disgusting food. Then I went to return it, but the shop was closed and there was no lockbox. I spent half an hour trying to reach you, and when I finally did, I left the key behind the rear tire. It was an unbelievably ridiculous and disgusting experience. It was revolting that the car—which I paid $20 to rent plus $1 per kilometer—was in such terrible condition. But here’s the bad news for you: even though the car was brand-new with only 9,000 kilometers on it, it was as dirty as if it had 200,000 kilometers on it.
