This place looks completely abandoned every shop and the diner is closed broken windows no signs showing what door is for u haul rentals the door it’s actually in rear of the building door is orange that’s the only way to know it’s the door for U-Haul had a rental for 10am for a truck and car dolly needed to drop off a car down south because they were an hour and a half late I ended up having to pay extra to the transporter because I missed the drop off time for the car i called customer service Waited over an hour and a half for owner to show up I had to fill tow doll tires with air this place was crazy will be disputing CC charge due to having missed the drop off time because u haul was not on time with the 10am appointment

Nobody was there to help, and if I could have given 0 stars I would have. This was the worst experience renting a truck on the drop off side that I have ever had.

There was no signs as to where office was, all equipment was in field. Order was not there at my scheduled pickup time, I called the number on email and it was not working. I called corporate and they contacted owner. He finally showed 30 minutes late. Used cell phone for all order info. He hooked trailer to my truck and left before I even pulled out of field where equipment was stored. It seemed like everything was an inconvenience!
