Excellent customer service. Whereas the other locations in North East has lots to do in terms of improving their customer service, this location has steadily improved their customer service. I have been using this location for quite some time and I have found them improving a lot over couple of years

The service was so horrendous the person who works there was sleeping in front of the computer he try very hard to don't fall sleep. Also he didn't wearing mask for protect the constumer from the covid19 in addition to this the payment method is only available for credit card because the machine is not working. At the ends was a horrible experience place.

I didn't order insurance when I booked online and I was charged for it. I was given poor directions to find the vehicle, and when I went to pick up the vehicle at my appointment time, they were adamant that I didn't have a reservation even though I had a reservation code.

- no windshield washer fluid and dirty windshield to start the day. - Ashes below radio on console from previous user. Gross. - truck ran well and served its purpose. - Asked how long I would be and I said around 4 hours. They said its just an estimate and we are here until 9. I brought it back on the 5th hour at 6:45 and first words spoken to me were "your late".

You're asking for a uhaul experience rating but only giving options for the locations, not dealing with uhaul online (which was garbage). I was 1.5 hours late starting the move because I could not get a truck on time that I had precooked and prepaid because I NEEDED to not be late I had to pay a fuel surcharge becoase I didn't have time to fill it. I requested this fee be waived since it was uhauls fault and for no response

Vehicle was gross and grimy in the cab, the back had a carpet and broken hangers and dirt from the previous user, I was not provided with a dolly as I ordered one. The process to pick up the vehicle took over an hour and I did the prereservation setup. He had an aruguement with a lady about groceries and refused to refund her as well, this location is a joke and has way to many businesses, the owner could not understand me nor spoke English I can't even argue the cost he is a scary abusive man from what I saw in the store and how he treated his customers

The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant and patient while I struggled to understand him, as I'm hard of hearing. He was very nice and it was a pleasure having him run us through our rental process. Location was very nice.

If I picked up the uhaul at this location then I have to return back at the same location. How crazy is this? Uhaul as a company should look into this. Authorized dealer doesn't mean they can do whatever they want.

The service was EXTREMELY slow. When we got to the truck we opened up the back and it was DISGUSTING, the person who used it before us left it filthy drywall dust EVERYWHERE and drywall pieces EVERYWHERE. Before we could use it we had to do a thorough sweep and sanitization of the back of the truck because we were transporting furniture, clothing, and other household items and we didn't want everything covered in drywall dust. When we returned it we told the owner of the store how filthy the truck was and that we were NOT SATISFIED... in the back of the truck there is a posting that states that if you return the truck all cleaned out that you would get $25 off so I asked the owner of the location about that and since he spoke very little english he said NO. I am VERY DISSATISFIED and I am going to make sure to tell everyone I know DO NOT rent from Uhaul they do not stand behind their advertising. I would like for someone from the head office to please call me to discuss this further. Thank you Valerie 403-464-2309

Van was dirty but the online process went well. I used my iPad rather than my cell phone this time and it worked much better. Just used my personal hotspot off my phone.

The rental was fine. Had a lot of issues getting a strong enough signal to do the self-checkout. The chat help person was excellent and helped me through all that. Only then did I find out that I still had to go inside the store to pick up the key. During this COVID-19 situation, the whole point of using the self-checkout was to not have to go into the location, so that was very frustrating. In addition, although the truck was clean enough, the area around the pickup location was not (garbage all over the place). I would still give a recommendation for UHaul, but will never use this particular pick up location again.

I did the online check-in and still took 40min to fet the truck. They say they dont take debit...finally paid debit but they took 150 deposit instead of 125. Truck was bad driving

Timely pickup and clean truck with exact amount of fuel that is mentioned on contract. I got truck 25 mins late and waited in the shop for shop owner, next nobody comes with me to inspect the truck before handling keys. Truck was realy dirty from back(have pics to prove) . The contract says it has full tank of fuel, i have pic from store location with given kms and below 75% of gas.

I was at the location on time and had to wait 30 minutes before they opened up. Very unprofessional! Uhaul was dirty and had old clothing inside left there. So disappointed as I was late for moving and missed 2 appointments due to this

contrary to what people said about the staff, they are nice people. But the truck was Nasty Windshield whippers broken and exactly when I needed them, it got to a point where I could not drive because I couldn't see from being sprayed by other cars due to melting snow. Completely unsafe to drive. And I don't think Uhaul cares about people's issues or if their trucks are safe or clean. I Honestly do not recommend this place or Uhaul for safety reasons and cleanliness I'm sure there are better options out there. It is my fault because I have read the reviews and thought maybe people are over exaggerating but I found out the hard way. As for Uhaul when I called them even though I already showed them the picture of how nasty the truck is all they had to say is ok we won't charge you cleaning fee lol I got the truck dirty they have the proof lol Good luck everyone and stay safe

Vehicles are left on the street away from the office. the office is not originally design for a rental office, and currently operates as a grocery store. requested equipment and blanks were not available at this location. vehicles are not cleaned after usage, and suggest to vandalism, as they are left on a public street in an unsecured and monitored area.

I rented 10' truck but it was horrible. While driving truck I was feeling like this is going to be my final trip of the life. It was making weird sounds from the engine & breaks. When I called the rental location to convey that I got the truck in horribly worst condition, he simply said "ome back and we will change it". I think such vehicles should not be on the road. You are playing with someone's life. Period.

The truck they gave me had a completely broken transmission and was very unsafe to drive. I would of returned it the same night but they wouldnt answer their phones and closed before i realized there was anything was wrong with the vehicle. When i took truck back i tried to explain the fact that the truck was messed up and they acted like they couldnt understand english. Very unimpressed and would love to take their trucks off the road. If you people at Uhaul don't do something im going be calling MTO to take all their trucks off the road. Would also be looking for all my money to be refunded as i shouldnt of had to pay for the truck in the first place.

The scheduled time was 10:30 am however, there was nobody at the pick up point until 11:00 am and then it took another 15 minutes to do paperwork etc. We ran late for our move.

unorganized and no sense of urgency to deal with customers. Booked for 11:30, asked to come back at 2pm and eventually got truck at 3pm. Later that night I received a call (around 8pm) asking what time I'd be in the next day to pick up the truck!

The Vinayak Grocery Inc. charged me $12 after my trip and the guy said that its for gas. He is a liar, i just checked with Uhaul that i do not have to pay additional for gas in my trip. Everything was covered in the invoice and he charged me $12 extra which is unfair. Also very bad customer service. He was not well mannered and talked rudely with customers. I would give zero stars for this location if its possible and would never recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. I booked the truck for 7:30 am online but i could not get it until the store opened up at 10:30. The owners of the store were late, I tried calling the Uhaul helpline but was on hold for over a half hour. The owners did not do a good job of explaining how the rental worked, they just wanted me to pay quickly and leave. I tried returning the truck online but that also did not work and i had to wait 2 days to get the final bill.

The location did not open untill after 11 when it was suppose to open at 1030. I rented the truck that was $39 and instead got the $25 one so it cost me more in gas to make two trips to claresholm from Calgary. The representative hardly spoke English, and was rude and argued with us about my card that I was told could be used. I was charged $178 for 200 km and then another $84 when I returned even after being told I did not go over the mileage I had originally agreed on. Was told I owed money for gas which I gave the gentleman $10 and he pocketed my money. I am very displeased I will never use this location again.

i had to wait two hours for the keys of the truck! because they overbooked apparently ! my whole schedule got messed so nothing got done ! called u haul customer service and all they did is passed my calls to someone else and no one really did anything ! the location that i picked up the key from store owner rude as hell never acknowledged his fault ! overall worst experience ever,never again for sure ????

This experience was awful! I booked the truck well in advanced and when I got to the conrich location, the guys at the till told me that truck was due to maintaince due to a gas leak and therefore the truck was in unavailable! Uhal, did not call to notify me. So I wasted my GAS and my TIME to go to the Westwind's location to pick up a dirty truck where the gas wasn't even full and there wasn't a dolly that I requested either. not to mention, the ppl who gave me truck took them roughly 45 minute to figure out their system. Awful experience. JUST AWFUL!

When I picked up the truck at Vinayak Grocery it took over 30 minutes just to get the paperwork filled out because he had to deal with an unhappy customer and then some electronic device would not work. Then he put on the form that the truck was full of fuel but it only had 1/4 tank of fuel so now I have been billed $94.04 for fuel I did not use.

Long waits both to get regiested, even with a reservation, and to check out. Along with the issues of having to spend 20 minutes on the phone due to being sent to a closed loacation and all other complications I spent over 1.5 hours getting and retrieving the vehicle well only using it for an hour and 15 minutes.

The pickup time on my contract was 10am, and this location didn't open until 1030. I was on an incredibly tight timeline (which the person knew when I booked on the phone). In addition to this delay, it took 20 minutes to actually get the keys. This was after I had already completed the express check-in online ahead of time. All of these delays ended up costing me $150 in overages for the extra delays at the condo complex. So frustrating. Won't be using uhaul again.

Proper training/management skills. This location was ill-fitted for a U-Haul location. They were totally unprepared for me at my pick up time. The van I requested was not ready. They could not locate the key for the van nor could they locate the key for the lock box. When the key for the lock box was finally available, the van key was not in the box. I was given a bigger van at no extra cost but we had to wait 3 HOURS while the owners ran around looking and calling around for assistance. When we were finally on our way, and ready to load, the dolly I requested was not in the van. The vendors were extremely apologetic and it was obvious that they were frustrated by all this, however, our frustration was equally, if not more so. The vendors need training and management skills in order to be prepared for the clients ON TIME. Also, this was not the location I had requested for pick up. I was not familiar with this location. It took a bus, two trains and several walked blocks to locate the office. Where as I could have taken one bus to get to the requested location. I have rented from U-Haul before and did not have this much crap. So yeah, not happy.
