The equipment was not properly maintained. I was not informed of any issue at pickup, and I did not notice it at first. Halfway through my trip, the driver-side mirror became loose and kept rotating to the left while driving. This made it difficult to see incoming traffic, and I had to keep rolling the window down to adjust the mirror multiple times. At that point, I could not return the vehicle because I was already on a time-sensitive move. This was a safety issue and should have been checked before the vehicle was rented out. I am requesting that this be reviewed and that a partial refund or credit be considered

Cris WVery disappointing experience with U-Haul. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and completely disrespectful. Instead of helping, they made the experience stressful and unpleasant. I expected basic professionalism, but that was clearly missing. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless they improve how they treat customers.
