Personal experience from Vinayak U Haul services; the lady took my booking on Friday 21st August around 7pm which was supposed to be for a whole 24 hrs, she doesn't check if there’s any other booking for the next day or anything, she just books a rental truck for me right away and then she notices a booking for the next day at 11am. She calls her colleague, and the latter started talking to her, she hinted at her initial coworker while speaking to me saying that I absolutely have to give back the rental truck before 11am since the next day. She said if I cant, then she’ll transfer me to another location. Unfortunately I urgently needed a transfer truck and the that location was the most convenient for me, but because of the people work incompetency, I had to give back the truck at 10.40am next day instead of 7pm, no compensation was given in any way. Highly unrecommended Vinayak U Haul.

Vehicle condition is so bad and A/C not working and they cannot able to get a different truck when outside is too hot, but I have no choice. Mechanically the vehicle is so poor and I was so scared to drive and luckily I finished my trip with no incident. U-Haul management should go for inspection before anything happens to anyone.
