The lady was very reasonable and honest. She gave me discounts because I returned the truck with the fuel level more than I had received it. I am very please about the honesty than the $20 credit.

Cris WVery disappointing experience with U-Haul. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and completely disrespectful. Instead of helping, they made the experience stressful and unpleasant. I expected basic professionalism, but that was clearly missing. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless they improve how they treat customers.
