They overcharged me 189$ plus the 77$ I initially paid i used the truck for 5 hours i returned it with a full tank of gas when I called the location they were rude and condescending to me I don’t appreciate the service the treatment i received was very disrespectful they denied me my refund they told me its not thier problem and take it up with customer service and if you are not happy with don’t use the uhaul service again absolutely astonishing how they charged me without any explanation for 189$ that I can’t get back unbelievable

At the moment I arrive the app keep stating that the truck was missing equipment Also once I picked the keys inside then I drove for the first miles and the engine heat was coming inside the cabin and the entire way to the destination the truck interior was SUPER HOT !!! And AC unit was not working, we noticed it after we started driving, called customer service and then they sent a tech to my location and they close the AC housing since it was opened for some reason… also the whole dash was very dusty and had debris all over and windshield was very dirty inside

I was charged $220 for mileage when my trip was only 30 miles. My mileage was never checked. the equipment I rented was not available. The representative didn't know anything overall worst uhual experience ive ever had and I always rent uhuals when I move. I will not be coming back they are scammers and do not care about the trucks.

There was not a U-Haul service counter at this location. The poor Shell station cashier had to handle the intake. The cashier made us go back out and take pictures of the dashboard of the truck, on our phone, even after showing her pictures we already had taken. We then asked for a receipt for proof of return. Cashier said she had no way to provide the receipt. I requested her supervisor. She called her supervisor. The supervisor said neither she or the cashier could provide a receipt, not even an email copy. The most helpful thing that the supervisor did was suggest I contact customer service. We stayed on site, called customer service, and a very helpful service tech provided me with a receipt that the van was returned and verified the entire transaction was complete. I would never recommend this location for their rude behavior and lack of professionalism.

The gas was at 1/8th of a tank, which in a truck like this meant I had to get gas immediately. I was told the hand-truck I reserved wasn't available at first, and the one they did have was more, even though it had the "$10" sticker on it. My Uhaul receipt said $84.63, but I wad billed for $107.76.

The truck was full of roaches, I had to call pest control to my new house because off the roaches from the truck getting in to my boxes and furniture, Also the charge me for a dolly they never give me, I returned the truck with the gas they gave me I loaded a 1/4 and they still charge me for 8gl 70$ They charge me extra 30$ for insurance when I told them I have mine personal insurance It was a nightmare renting at this location, They scam and robbed me for sure

Verificar la limpieza del vehículo antes de ser arrendado. Es importante hacer revisiones de las condiciones del vehículo cómo por ejemplo el buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado (no funcionó) y sobre todo en esta época de calor. De lo demas todo bien.

Vehicle got the job done but was higher mileage and could tell it it didn’t drive as well as other Uhauls I’ve used. There was a lighter and work gloves left in the cab and smelled like smoke in the.m back of the truck. The guy who gave me the keys was extremely nice and helpful though.

When we got our U-Haul, we were told that they did not have any of the equipment we requested on a reservation so if they no longer have the equipment, we shouldn’t be able to book it on the website.

This was not my original pick up location. My equipment was confirmed to be ready at a different location (4 miles away) at 9am. When we arrived at the original location, we were told the equipment couldn’t arrive for another few hours. We were told to go to this secondary location to get our van, but the rest of the equipment requested was not available at the second location. The employee at the second location seemed to rush through the check-in process and made me to go behind the counter and enter my information myself. It was strange. Because UHaul did not honor the confirmed equipment rental and original location, we got a late start on our move day.

Cuando van a alquilar tengan cuidado porque son rateros toma fotos de la gasolina millas porque ellos te cobran de lo que tú no estás enterado te cobran un monto y luego aparece otro y te cobran durante semanas todo son cobros extras a mi me cobraron como 2 semanas me estuvieron quitando 5 dólares luego 8 luego 12 y haci varias veces sin autorización mía y monte un reclamo 60 días porq la respuesta puse gasolina como ellos dijeron y me cobraron 90 dólares porque no lo puse como ellos dicen y eso es falso y para terminar ellos son rateros y no te devuelven el dinero y si no Tomastes foto no tienes evidencia ganan siempre ellos y servicio al cliente pésimo

When I went to pick it up the location manager canceled my online pick up order. I had to call to have it reinstated. When I dropped off, I did the entire mobile app check in. They don’t have a key drop. They had the gas station manager take the key and he asked for the mileage info again. The UHaul person then processed the return the next day. I wanted to charge the remaining charges to another card. Location manager said I’d be able to do that but the full amount was charged to my card and the two holds are still not released five days later. I’ve incurred overdrafts on my account because I was double charged. I tried calling customer service and got no help.

The cleanliness of this particular truck was below average, the cab was full of dog hair and loose debris and the back of the truck was never swept out before being rented to me. I think it is important to have those areas clean when people are putting their personal stuff in them. Other than that the rental worked out fine.

Listen to the customer. I wanted a one way, and they had me in the system that I was going to return the truck back to this location over one hundred miles out of the way. Did not even got my contact by paper, since they said there printer was out. Had to call customer service a couple of times to avoided 300 extra fee. Poorly scammy location.

My experience was not satisfactory, I asked for a cart to transport furniture and they did not have it on site, I called you and they sent me to another location and they did not have it in that one either, they only offered me a cart which I did not need, then I called again and they sent me to another branch which did have it, the problem in these cases is that I wasted a lot of time looking for it, additionally higher mileage and therefore higher gasoline consumption, although this is the least of it, the problem is offering a service the which they do not have available when one needs it. I hope that they correct these types of problems so as not to affect their clients, because if the opposite is true, the inconvenience comes from the client, you will simply act at your convenience and that one will pay by mistake, even if it is involuntary, from the staff who They answered by phone, I have no complaints, they are very attentive, cordial people and they looked for a way to help me, thank you in advance for your attention.

I was doubled charged. My rent went from 9am to 7pm of the same day and after delivery the truck I see a 2 days charge in my invoice. I am still waiting uhual contact me.
