I had a disappointing experience with U\-Haul\. The inside of the truck’s cargo area was extremely dirty, with ashes, debris, and a strong smoke smell\. Since I rented the truck for my move, I had to thoroughly clean and vacuum the entire cargo area myself before loading my belongings\. Additionally, I am currently disputing an extra charge\. I returned the truck at approximately 6:00 PM and handed the keys to an employee, but the return was recorded as 7:18 PM, resulting in an additional fee that I believe is incorrect\. I am very disappointed with the vehicle’s condition and the inaccurate return time\. I hope U\-Haul will review this situation and refund the incorrect charge\.

XIOMARA DI declined to pay for the insurance, I was still charged. The truck didn’t have AC, and it was in a SKETCHY location. I didn’t feel safe leaving my personal vehicle there. I would drive farther to a different U-Haul just to avoid this location.
