Not be on FaceTime while doing someone’s rental and having 2 conversations at once. Have an agent available Sunday morning to check in a truck so the renter isn’t charged for an extra day even though they were early to drop the uhaul off. Don’t put on insurance, and roadside assistance that the renter did not ask for. I was charged over $80 in unnecessary and unauthorized charges. The convenience store worker was nice Sunday morning, but he doesn’t handle the rentals. Their system set up of texting and the operator processing whenever she wants remotely doesn’t work.

Had to wait too long to get the truck key released, i guess it was missed communication between agency’s Truck A/C never worked properly while temperature was around 105 degrees, truck front wheels feel like it was about fall apart every time you pressed the brake pedal. Was told that i must to return the truck to the same location, while every other rental place allows to return to another location instead. Still today im waiting for the charged amount to be adjusted from the original price . Honestly didn’t expect it, U-Haul used to be more just truck rental, was a place that make feels like home 😱😱

Stefan LI think that this location is the worst, no u-haul sign, just behind a gas station. And to be so stingy, for going over 1 mile and being 2 gallons of gas less then on the paper is ridiculous.
MICHAEL BThe lady changed my entire contract without permission, added $30 to my total. Removed a day so my return shows as overdue. Changed the drop off to be 10 miles from my selected drop off and 45 minutes from my house. Added coverage I did not agree to, didn’t have me sign anything and did not give me my contract. Huge issues. Extremely disappointed, and the worst experience I’ve ever had.
