The lady changed my entire contract without permission, added $30 to my total. Removed a day so my return shows as overdue. Changed the drop off to be 10 miles from my selected drop off and 45 minutes from my house. Added coverage I did not agree to, didn’t have me sign anything and did not give me my contract. Huge issues. Extremely disappointed, and the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I do not recommend renting a truck from this place. They make everything unnecessarily complicated, and the whole process is frustrating. What should be simple turns into a hassle because of poor organization and lack of efficiency. I won’t be renting from here again.

Emmanuel PTruck was dirty and the fuel was at 48 miles to empty I was told to gas it up before use. Pay for equipment they didnt provide.
