Online ordering is a joke an inconvenient when you can't even get proper reception to upload items at your facility. In the end the worker did it for us, even after stating some people have issues on this part here, Why couldn't she just do it from the beginning in the 1st place?

MICHAEL SI did not want to download an app that I might use twice a year, nor do i have the data to do so. Please add QR codes and the option to use the website for mobile drop offs, it made the process so much longer just figuring that all, which is the only reason I reduced my experience by a star. I wouldn't do a mobile drop off again, it was too many pictures and all of the things. I understand why, its just after a long move the last thing you want is to detail a van drop off, you just want to drop off the keys and go, which is why I paid the extra $15. If you get the insurance and there has been no reportable damage you should be able to just drop. Lastly, the engine was on my vehical, which didnt make the experience pleasurable, and also not an expectation.

TAMMY GThe woman behind the desk was not nice. Gave orders about the rental truck. Told me how clean it was. The inside windows had smudges from a dog. I cleaned them, before returning it. And swept the floors. I thought the woman was rude.

ANTHONY TI arrived at 4:55pm. When I pulled up to drop off the truck the worker locked the door, looked at me and left. He never said a word. Rude. I then had to use the app to return the truck. I paid additional cost as a result.
JULIE WMy rating applies only to U-haul policy and not the location. I find the requirement of a self photo plus a picture of both sides of the driver license to be problematic. I do not trust U-haul web presence enough to send such items via web. Because I forgot my cell phone, my representative at my location had to handle those pictures. It was annoying to them along with myself. They handled it with grace. Other than the above issue, everything went smoothly.
JOHN SI got charged $56 for returning the truck with 1/8 of a tank which was actually 10 miles more on the gauge than what I started with, but I didn't know what 1/4 of the tank looked like so I didn't question it when I should have. I don't blame them but it still sucks that this happened. And because I didn't take before and after pictures of the mileage, I can't file a dispute.

MICHAEL VThis was by far far the worst retail experience that I have had. The retailer made a mistake, tried to get me to pay for it and followed me and my son out of the store threatening us. This was a horrible experience and I have a complaint filed to UHaul.

Daniel SThey said there was a lot more gas than what was in the 10' truck and the interior was muddy. They charged me for gas even though I took pictures on the app of the fuel level and even put a little more gas then I got it with in the first place. I spoke to customer service and they said they couldn't refund the money because "there wasn't enough proof" and that I hadn't taken my own extra pictures aside from the app.
