Although a minor point, the cab was dirty and unwashed. Windows need to be washed.

Paul BEasier to understand instructions. The lock-box was not where described. Keys were in wrong lock box. Trucks were difficult to find without assistance. Trucks brakes were noisy and not comfortably effective. Middle seat belt missing buckle. Had to find another way to transport young child because lack of properly working safety equipment. Overall, 2/5. Would rather find a different rental company in the future.
