Customer service is great but the app is not very good and the customer service team doesn’t have the proper information I rented 2 - 26” two weeks back to back and both times the pick up location changed and was at a location that didn’t have mobile phone pick up that I requested customer service information showed it was but they had to reroute me to a different location and the second rental they could not verify mobile pick up so we had to change to another location that was farther away Information needs to be updated to customer service, they were so good I will still use you but you need to update information properly

Katrina CI had parked my rental in customer parking overnight and returned the following to complete my task. I still had hours the rental. I got a message to call. I did. The represententative implied I had left the rental full of debris and took the key. Iwas not rude, used no offensive language and informed i am in the vehicle, have not rerned it and and will be back on time and the vehicle will be clean. She went on about time to tell me about having to call locksmith with other customers and having to clean vehicles. I repeated that I have not returned the vehicle yet and I will return it on time and clean. Then she informed me I can leave my snarky attitude at homeless next time. What came in with a vehicle clean return the key I asked her how I was rude to her. She did not answer. But gentleman who I was not speaking with interrupted the conversation and told me that they didn't know that I didn't take the key and leave the vehicle a mess. Of course they didn't know because they didn't ask if I was done with the rental. I asked for an apology and he got right in my face within 2 in of my person and told me to get out of the store. I asked for a receipt and he left me waiting outside. All someone had to do was begin a conversation by asking if I was done with the vehicle and which they would have learned that no I wasn't and that I will have it I'm back on time and clean. Instead they implied that I left it a mess and took the key and when I asked how I was rude when I informed her I wasn't done with the vehicle I got no response I was told to leave. When I asked for an apology I got none and was told to leave. I will never go back to that place again as all that they could done was ask me if I returned the vehicle and then accused me of taking the key and leaving it dirty when in fact I was still using it.
