FAZAL RCustomer service is great but the app is not very good and the customer service team doesn’t have the proper information I rented 2 - 26” two weeks back to back and both times the pick up location changed and was at a location that didn’t have mobile phone pick up that I requested customer service information showed it was but they had to reroute me to a different location and the second rental they could not verify mobile pick up so we had to change to another location that was farther away Information needs to be updated to customer service, they were so good I will still use you but you need to update information properly
