There was no equipment. I never received my $50.00 from you guys.. As my rental was not ready or even at the facility i was set up to go to from the beginning. I was sent to a different location and I really needed a dolly and pads however none was provided at the location of pickup! However I was reimbursed for these items. Was still definitely an inconvenience. I left more gas then in the vehicle then was provided, i never received a reimbursement for that either. Lastly the 15' truck was very dirty at arrival !
