When I tried to return the truck the lot was full with nowhere to park or safely leave the truck. I was forced to drive it back to my house and bring it back the next day which I was charged more money for more gas and miles it was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.lawrence Z.

Upon arrival to pick up my trailer the customer service person there was filling a low tire with air. Less than 24 hours later as I was getting ready to depart my home the left front tire was flat. I had to wait an hour for a service person to come and change the tire. This could have been avoided had the service person at the pick up location been aware that a low tire probably means it's leaking air, hello McFly.DAVID N.

I guess they were short handed this morning which happens but as a customer I shouldn't know that. It was busy yes but the only people bent out of shape were the employees. Yeah I understand it was a tough morning for them but come on suck it up and just take care of your customers one at a time with professionalism and a can do attitude. All that muttering under your breath about it being a bad morning you'll want to forget doesn't really help anything. Customers were all just patiently waiting. I ended up getting a filthy truck inside and out wish my reservation was never switched to this location.DAVID W.

I use this place for all my uhaul needsBRIAN B.
It wasn't the closest to me. When I picked up the uhaul truck, drove past the uhaul place where I originally was suppose to get truck, it was full of trucks in lot. So why did I have to drive so far away. I reserved truck almost a month in advance?SARAH S.
There was an item left in the cab accidentally by my Son. I called three times beginning the evening after returning the truck as well as I left a message on the company site related to the rentals confirmation #. It took three days for a reply which then I was told the item was not there. If the location had returned or answered my call the next day I am sure I would have recovered my item.KURT S.

Get U-Haul corporate to fix the website so it works with iOS devices running the latest operating system. I was trying to share my location during an after hours truck return at the same time as another customer on iOS and we both got stuck trying to share our location. In my case, seventeen hours later, I still don't know the status of my return or how much I'm being charged.GLENN N.

Make sure vehicle is in working condition. Don't exaggerate miles. I traveled 31 miles and you say 68. The truck broke down in the middle of highway. I have the GPS readings for mileage.ROBINA C.

Ensure that a truck is available at the location for the allotted time. There were two trucks that were available only to be used for in town use. A call to customer service related that it's just policy and a swap of the vehicles could not be made. Nothing different about either vehicle. Citing policy when customers have time constraints is poor customer service. We had to drive 30 minutes from our selected pick up because the truck that I scheduled at least two weeks prior was not available. Being unable to contact the driver bringing the truck was also an issue. We left our place approximately 2 hours away and still got there on time. While the truck being delivered which is only 30 minutes away was an hour late. This was truly a cluster that u haul failed to prepare. The drop off location was thankfully closed so no human interaction needed. Just snap photos drop the keys and go.Ysidro R.

We had to use the Vista location after reserving a truck in Las Vegas. Then the day before we were supposed to pick up the truck, we were told that we needed to pick up the truck in Parimp, over 80 miles from my location. It would have added 4 hours of driving time to our trip. Everyone we dealt with in person was very helpful and kind. The change in pick up location cast me an additional $400, which wasn't fair in my opinion.Ronald B.
Front desk was def professional and very nice. This location is were I have been going for years now and I have never had a great costumer service like I had it this time around. The only problem I did have was that with this pandemic I would suggest more cleaning of the inside of the vehicles and trucks. Mine was not cleaned or disinfected I did it my self.
