Always great customer service!
Doug DWhen I went in to get the pick up truck initially, the gentleman working was not very customer service oriented. I reserve the truck for a later time. When I went back to pick up the truck, he said it had a flat tire. I don’t know why you didn’t check the truck while I was there the first time reserving it. They close at 4 o’clock and my reservation was for 330. I didn’t have time to drive around and find another truck so I took the box truck that they offered me which really caused me a lot more inconvenience and physical labor. The woman that was there when I picked up the truck was helpful, but it was really too late to look around and find another truck. I just wish he had checked when I got there the first time and reserved it instead of wasting my time.

Maria MHad an issue with the parking brake wish he was a little bit more diligent about checking the parking brake or helping us check the parking brake because after we turned it off, it turned back on and caused issues and had to be taken to a repair facility

RONALD MUGH, such a filthy drunk and no credit for riding around in a cat pissy smell truck, all kinds of deris and looked like they never washed it. i am appalled. a big sign in store says do not rent dirty trucks, well you missed the mark there. CALL ME or credit me. truck i rented had 108k miles on it. a/c worked well.

When I called to have the bill changed they rudely said to just call 1800-gouhaul and take it up with them. Not returning there

Larry SThe call the night before from corporate U-Haul saying there might be a problem with the rental of the Box truck was unnerving and I hated that part but the office had the truck for us and they had plenty of them so I don’t know why corporate said there might be a question whether there would be one for us otherwise the gals that run it are fabulous and if we don’t have problems with corporate again, we would obviously rent from you at that location
