Have the truck gas tank full upon pick up rather than the deceptive business practice of providing it less than 1/4 tank with an odd in between marking impossible to match meaning either it will be returned with slightly less and get charged or return overfilled and receive no credit. Picked up a dolly with a balled tire that blew out on the highway. Had to wait 4 hours for the repair person to show up to replace both tires, only to tell us the hub was bad and we wouldn't make it to our destination. We then had to go Flagstaff to swap out our dolly and then pay for a night in a hotel. Missed the funeral the next day all because we were handed a piece of equipment that wasn't inspected before being rented out.Jeremy H.

A bit more seat travel (rearward) would have helped as the seats are very upright and become uncomfortable after a few hours. So get larger cabs or extended cabs and that would be great.Mark V.

Everything went will with the check-out/check-in with our rental. The only issue was with the vehicle itself, where on certain parts of the I-5 freeway, the front end would bounce vigorously at speeds above 55 mph. It may have been a combination of the surface topography and a front-end issue with the vehicle. Other than that, everything was smooth and we had better gas mileage than expected. Thank you.Mario V.

Don't charge peoples cards an additional $127.00 20mins after they've already left the shop for a piece of equipment they already paid for and had a reservation for which was charged while I was there in the store. Uhaul gave me a really hard time about it. The first person tried to say it was for mileage or gas yet I had only just picked it up, not dropped it off so that was an error. That lady transferred then the next couldn't help. Finally, after multiple calls and someone reviewing my account I was supposedly issued a refund to this unauthorized charge and I still haven't seen the refund go through although it's been over 10 days since it was supposedly refunded. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone.robert W.

The tailgate on pick up truck I rented was damaged and it wouldn't open. A couple of my neighbors came over and were able to get it open. The call center was very helpful I. Trying to get me another truck, but I was paying helpers and it would have taken too much time and cost too much for my laborers to wait. When I returned the truck, they didn't care, never apologized for the inconvenience to me. The truck had clearly been damaged by the previous user and also had clearly not been checked by the people renting it to me. Rude and disrespectful. I've had very good luck at all the other Uhaul locations I've used in the past. I'll never use this location again.Janine B.

Very poor process, There were Uhauls parked randomly and all over the place at the location Keeping no way to take our uhual out. App was crashing again and again. The overall process was not smooth and frustrating. Dolly was missing although we were charged for it.Girish P.

This location was supposed to have an after hours dropoff. However, when I arrived, locked gates were uninvitingly blocking access to the parking lot, so the driveway was the requested dropoff location. I had a lightweight trailer with no way to secure it and Uhaul refused to release my liability if I left the trailer on the street or in the driveway and ended up stolen. I've had 2 vehicles (trailer and a rental car) stolen in the last 2 years (an RV trailer and a rental car), so I don't mess with the odds of theft in these desperate days. The location had no emergency phone number to call and my van broke down as I was trying to deliver the trailer. So I was unable to take the trailer anywhere else. I fought with customer service and roadside assistance for hours until someone FINALLY sent a tow truck to pick up the trailer. They were initially holding me responsible for the tow (even though I purchased upgraded insurance), but someone at roadside assistance finally understood that I was just trying to safely return the trailer after my vehicle broke down and sent a tow at no charge to take it to the next closest uhaul. However, my app still says the reservation is in progress, so I hope I'm not still being charged. I asked customer service about this since and they have been ignoring my questions. Long story longer, a LOT of this hassle could have been avoided if this location had posted an emergency after hours phone number to call if there were extenuating circumstances. It could even be a text phone number or email even. Then perhaps the location could have offered to assume liability or send someone to open the gate. I ended up dropping off my van at the auto shop next door to this location because it could no longer be drive. The transmission had blown on the way there and I barely got the trailer there. There's no way I could have pulled it another block and U-Haul's customer service line was telling me to drive it a mile and a half - completely unprofessional and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. If I had done what she asked me to do and gotten in an accident, I would have sued uhaul for putting me in danger by refusing road side assistance that I had paid for. Their excuse was that there was nothing wrong with the trailer, so they could not help me. A stranger passing by who heard what was going on suggested I slash the tire so they'd come get the darn thing. How is that reasonable?! What good is roadside assistance if you can't be assisted on the road?! Not ok. Please put up an emergency contact number so someone in a sticky situation can ask for help when uhaul's corporate customer service sucks. Thanks.NICOLAS C.
