FELIX MFast, efficient, I ordered 2 but they were short big hand carts, only had one for me but they made an accommodation and subbed a floor dolly for the 2nd, which ended up working just as well. The truck was in good shape for an in town move. Their central location helped too. (There’s a gas station one block away so gassing back up was easy too)

JUAN CIve rented here before and I’ve received good service. I rented a 26 truck and furniture dolly. When I arrived to pick up the truck, they did not have a dolly available. I had to scramble to find one on my own which really inconvenienced me. At least one of the employees did call to see if she could find a dolly.
JAIME COverall, renting a 10 foot truck from U-Haul was a great experience. The sales representative was very patient and answered all my questions. I would most definitely use this service again.

ADULFO EI've used this U-Haul location many times over the years. The staff is friendly and professional. The equipment worked and the entire process was simple from start to finish.

ABDUL SI was told I could return my truck to Santa Monica and when I called Santa Monica to find out their after hours policy, they told me I couldn’t return my truck there. I then called Uhaul service line and they told me I needed to return the truck all the way across town After a 15 hour Moving day. Other than that, my experience was good but that last change in plans after I had specifically requested the Santa Monica drop off and told I could take it there was very difficult.
ELISSA TTruck was leaking gas. Called Vista Truck Rental, was told nothing they can do. Before I left with UHAUL truck I was told they check their trucks every Monday i.e. maintenance is being performed. Apparently not. Filed a claim with UHAUL This was a long distance move from CA to AZ.
