Truck was older so a bit rough riding but we didn't have a long distance so good enough for local move. Outside of the truck was clean enough but the inside of the cab floor and loading area interior were dirty and needed to be vacuumed/swept out. In original reservation hand trucks, furniture dolleys and furniture pads were ordered and supposed to be made available but upon pick-up during off-hours, none of these items were in the truck. The location didn't even have any furniture pads on site. Finally, pick-up rental time should start at point when online check-in and gaining approval is completed since that process can take 20-30 minutes including time waiting for receipt of the automated pick-up approval notification.

The guy was late also he drove the truck before I picked up so the mileage was more than what contract says. Plus, he was pretty rude because his hotspot wasn't working like it's my problem. He made me wait for 15 minutes to get his internet worked.

Vehicle was scheaduled for pick up but was parked around the side of building, not out front. Operator couldnt find keys for truck. Operator's computer was down at pick up amd 2 days later at drop off.

The site manager was at an appointment when I went to pick up my truck so I had to move another truck I was not renting to get access to my truck.

Interior light in the back of the truck was out. Made things a bit more difficult, loading at night. Was able to work around it with a drop light / extension cord, but moving is hard enough without having to add another thing to manage.

It took us four hours and four locations to finally find an open establishment. Once we finally found an open location the owner/manager was very helpful. It should not have taken four hours to return a uhual to a location 46 minutes from our home.

The trailer safety chain hook was broken and there was wood pieces in the trailer bed ( not cleaned out) Uhaul changed my pickup location 3 times.

There was no where to park the truck in the space provided with the trailer attached. When I contacted the person who was in charge they were extremely rude and started yelling at me. I even dropped it off the next day instead of the night I wanted to drop it off and they were still so rude. I would never visit this location again and I would not recommend this to anyone.

The location itself is fine, FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE NEAR THERE. I reserved my truck 17 days in advance and selected a pickup location near my house. I was told I would be contacted by 6pm the day before my pickup to confirm my pickup arrangements. I WAS NOT CONTACTED so I called to confirm. When I called I was told that the closest location would be a 45 minute drive from me. When I picked up the truck it did not have the pads that I had ordered. Really bad service from U-Haul. I don't blame the location. I blame U-Haul central office for this failure of logistics.

The uhaul reps on the phone were abominable but Vito almost made it for it. He was a pleasure to deal with & couldn't have been nicer. Made pickup a breeze!

The truck was FILTHY. It smelt of CIGS and had ASH EVERYWHERE which is unacceptable especially because the rental customers are extremely asthmatic. There was also a HOSPITAL BRACELET inside the truck. When renting the truck I was under the impression it would be fully sanitized, espeically because of COVID19. UHAUL endangered our lives by being so negligent.

Parking at location is a little tight, but otherwise okay. Office manager was polite and didn't take long to get me set up and on the way. Vehicle turn in was quick and easy. Will definitely consider using your service again. Thanks!

The customer service was horrendous. The employee present was rude and instead of helping with the situation he proceeded to raise his voice. His tone was unpleasant. I was having trouble verifying my information however instead of asking me if I needed help he said I needed to move the truck. Which i could not do because of the aforementioned issues. The key was not in box 4 as stated in the app. After informing the clerk he was further frustrated and yelled at my father. I do not usually leave bad reviews but I had to speak up.

Facility did not call 24 hours prior to confirm and when they did call the day of, they told us they did not have any utility dolly's ( we reserved 2). Had we known the day prior we could have reserved at another location. I'm not sure why the guy thought that was an acceptable thing it spring on people already stressed in the Middle of moving during this pandemic. Because we kept the truck longer than expected, which can happen when you're moving your entire life from one place to another with no equipment to help you along, they charged us for the extra time. No problem, we offered to pay that, except that the guy who on called was very rude and nasty explaining we would be banned from ever renting U haul again. Even though we already offered to pay on the call. Just nasty for th sake of it. Saying it would effect our credit. This all happened the day after the move over $18. I WILL NEVER use U haul again. Budget has been my go to before and now I remember why. Not to mention that the transmission on the truck is slipping and it needs new tires. Trucks carrying furniture that are rented for a profit should not be sliding on the road and stalling mid-drive. That is unsafe.

i had to drive 40 minutes to pick up this trailer when there er 10 other closer locations (but they were out of inventory). Bottom line Uhaul, manage your inventory better!

The store opens at 10, “ Vito” the guy who works there, is so rude. Came in half an hour late, with an attitude and charged me for furniture pads that I requested that weren't there in the first place !

I ordered 2 dozen blankets and they did not have them even though I ordered the truck months in advance. I had to drive to another location to get them with the miles allocated for my move. I signed up online to pick up the truck at another location and it said online that if that had to be changed I would recieve a phone call about it. I never recieved a phone call. The guy at the uhaul place was helpful, but it seemed like uhaul never supplied the blankets to him. Very dissatisfied with my experience all around.
