Signed up for mobile pick up, it was never set up before I got there and had to wait an additional hour when the store opened. Everything was done over the phone and all of the lock boxes are open anyway. I was supposed to receive a phone call the day before at 5 pm and when I didn’t receive one, I called and they told me everything was set for mobile pick up. Clearly not the case. The uhaul had trash in it when we picked it up and the pick up was so confusing considering everything was by the phone.
