How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy experience with the Dover You location was more than ever expected Super experience and while I was there picking up my truck I had the pleasure of meeting the district manager who happened to be there helping the local Uhaul dealership. I think his name was Dominic Super Kniss guy.

Jeff TI do not understand what some of these people are writing here on this feedback form this place is one of the nicest places I’ve been to in a long time very courteous yes it is on a small side. Always answer their phone. Speak to English language. they are number Uno in my book.
bbbhhh fI found the experience to be very impersonal. There was no one there to greet me upon arrival, and I had to call for assistance when I got there. I was then walked through the process of retrieving the key. After reviewing the receipt, I noticed that the drop-off time was incorrect. I returned the truck at 12:26pm., but the receipt states that it was dropped off at 3:00pm. I contacted Vito to clarify this discrepancy; however, the interaction was disappointing. He was rude and unprofessional, and the call was ended before I had an opportunity to finish the conversation or resolve the issue.
