Great experience overall
SCOTT HOwner was very rude and didn’t let me park my car there I didn’t knw I was supposed to walk to his place to get truck and also if I call he won’t answer calls very rude and u professional person
sehrish fI pulled up to the location and expected to be able to check in on the app, but it did not work. I saw a sign on the building that said to call Vito. He said he would help me in a few minutes. He was initially helpful, but there were so many red flags about this place. I reserved 12 furniture pads and he said they didn't have them so it was coming off my bill. I expressed my disappointment at not having them and he said they haven't had them in 2 years as if I was supposed to know that. Then it became evident that the truck we needed was blocked by another truck. He told me to go to the key box that was unlocked and find the key to move the truck in our way and then get my truck. I got a link requesting I upload pictures of the truck before I use it as I've always done in the past, but when I clicked the link it wasn't working. I called Vito back and he said I didn't need to upload pictures. He said I was covered by insurance unless I ripped the roof off the truck. I still had to upload pictures when I dropped off the truck. This felt like the most illegitimate way to rent a U-Haul truck and I would not recommend renting from this place.
