DIEGO COwner was not on the premises and did not have inventory listed correctly or keys assigned to the correct box or the mileage input correctly for the truck I was later assigned to rent. Was very uncaring about the fact that I drove 45 minutes for pickup and his error almost caused me not to have a rental. Only options he presented were to wait over an hour for him to arrive or pay again with my card. I had to call U-Haul customer service to resolve the issue which, Due to his error my card was still charged twice which I now have to wait days to receive the credit to correct this. I would never recommend anyone to him due to his uncaring &non helpful response when I contacted him directly
