I can only say positive things about Miss Venus. She goes beyond what others would do She was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend everyone to come see her. I think her may God bless her

Store hours are posted as 9-5. Pick-up was scheduled for 9am. No one was there. Did online check-in but key had to be icked up at the location's counter. No one showed up until 10:15. I was told they didn't have the key and that it was at another location even though the truck was sitting there. the employee left to get the key and did not return until 10:45 am. Back of truck as dirty and had not been cleaned out. This was a huge delay to my day, not to mention that I initially booked for pick up in Athens, GA to only receive a call on Friday (the day before) that I would need to go out of my way to pick up a truck at another location because no trucks were available in Athens. Extremely poor customer service all around!!! If one is forced to go out of their way to pick-up a truck to accommodate Uhaul's inability to properly reserve trucks, then one should expect the pick-up to go smoothly. 1 hour and 45 minutes delay is unacceptable!!! I would appreciate a refund.

GEORGE Rback of truck floor was covered in oil. when i returned it. i pointed it out. the location informed they knew about it. i picked it up with a quarter tank. i got gas less than a quarter mile away and left more gas in it than i received it with. was still charged for gas. going back to using Penske. under performing and over charging is ridiculous.
