They lady was nice

back of truck floor was covered in oil. when i returned it. i pointed it out. the location informed they knew about it. i picked it up with a quarter tank. i got gas less than a quarter mile away and left more gas in it than i received it with. was still charged for gas. going back to using Penske. under performing and over charging is ridiculous.
