You should have vehicles available I had to drive an extra 40 miles @ .&9 cents a mile to obtain a truck, I guess that is how U-Haul gets its revenue without having trucks available. Bad Experience!!!

It was inconvenient for me, had to drive several miles to pick it up! Was not expecting to have to drive so far to pick it up on such a short notice . The location was very run down, the gentleman was very nice but had to handle his other duties first!

I took the Tim to enter all of my information prior to picking up the unit. I then had to spend the time to re enter it at the facility. This was briefly frustrating as I was running behind. If there was one thing I wish to improve it would be this.

Dirty Facility. The truck was filthy. The headlights were a safety hazard. The gas gage was NOT properly working. Had to go out of my way to constantly get gas and attempt to clean the headlights. Even on bright the headlights were dim. The mirrors were so smeared because of the dirty truck you couldn't judge distances properly.

Stevie (at the tulsa call center) was probably the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with. She was extremely helpful and very much willing to go the extra mile to help me out in finding a trailer - THANK YOU!

Very friendly, but only open Mon. - Fri. which made things confusing on the paperwork. I was very thankful that he let me leave the truck parked there until Sunday morning when the truck was actually needed, since I lived in an appartment and had no place to leave it parked for 2 nights.

I rated the location as I did because it was so far away from my office. I expected to pick up in my town. The operator was very friendly and helpful, but the facilities were very cluttered, dirty, and the office not easily accessible. We had to walk through and around a lot of car parts and junk to transact business.

Better than the Mac Auto in Grove. Had his act together, very friendly, professional and knew what he was doing in a timely manner.

My reservation had to be split due to the holiday. This location couldn't even be found on my GPS. Had to waste time and gas driving to the middle of no where to find this place.

I had both really good and really poor customer service depending upon each person I dealt with. The air conditioning in the truck didn't work and even though I placed a reservation over a month in advance the original pick-up location didn't have the equipment and wouldn't help me find it at another place. I called uhaul and they located the equipment at another place but I had to drive an hour and a half to go get it. I did receive a small refund for the air conditioning not working but we drive over 12 hours in heavy humidity and heat which made for a miserable experience.

when a person or customer makes a reservation-DON'T CHANGE IT!!!!!!!!I made a reservation at Mac's transmissioin in Grove Okla-got a confimation #85400020 and was told that the unit i needed would be there when requested. i was 2 hours late for the appointment and then was told they don't have it, it was sent out. But i could get one about 25 miles away. when I got to the place that I was told to go to, the price that i was quoted for the tow dolly 44.95 was now going to be 134.00. If it had not been for Tom Vowels calm attitude I was going to tell U-Haul what they could do with their entire company. This was screwed up from the time that I was supoose to get the equipment until 3 hours later when I finally completed the rental. I do not have a high regard for the U-Haul reservation systen. If you are going to make reservations for customers then leave the equipment where it is reserved to be picked up at or DON'T TAKE THE RESERVATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My reservation was made on the "net" a week in advance of the pickup date. The pickup location was changed by U-Haul to accomodate my needs and U-Haul's ability to provide what I wanted. To this end they worked it out with me. However, it was because I took the time to make sure I was supplied with the trailer I needed, that it all worked out. My feeling is that I would have had big problems if I hadn't kept in touch with U-Haul in advance of the pickup of the equipment I needed.

Tom Vowel is a very nice person, but his place of business is poor at best. Junk is piled everywhere. While the equipment worked well, it was not what I reserved. I reserved a 17' truck and was given a 27'truck. I was told that was all that was available. I was to pick up the equip in Grove at Liberty Storage, however they closed Sat at noon and did not call me. They had two 17' trucks sitting on their lot when I drove by. I had to drive 20+ extra miles to Wyandotte. The larger truck only got 5.5 miles per gallon, so it was quite an expensive mistake made by Liberty Storage that cost me extra money. I'm needing to rent again within the next few weeks. I've used U-Haul several times in the past but I might just try the other guys due to this rental. Sorry for the negative review, but it could have been better.
