After booking I received a call from Penske offering a 25% discount off uhauls price I declined but later regretted when I was told I may have to go to a different location to pickup my rental. It did not happen and all things went well

It seems that a previous renter must have had a dog in the truck. We had flea bites and found a few fleas while driving and we do not have animals. Also the windshield wipers weren't working.

Had trouble getting my location service on my phone. I called u haul and was transferred and on hold for an hour! No one wanted to help just transfer my call. I forwarded info to hubby and he got on u haul. And we got signed finally. Way too many steps. Will never do Sunday rental again. Not worth the hassle. Cold raining, no cover to get out of rain and wind. AND all signs say rental 19.95. Why was I billed so much more for 5 hour rental?? I expect response. Rds217@att.net.

The office was way in the back and the trailer was out front in a hole. Had to help the attendant, by pushing the trailer from behind, to get hooked up. When I took the trailer back to my home to load, it was full of trash. The trailer hitch did not remain locked. And on my trip I was continuously having to stop to tighten it .
