We actually started with the UHaul site on Hwy 82 near Ketchum, Ok. But we had to switch truck sizes because of my error in what truck I would need. Waymaker had the size we needed, so we were able to do the switch through them. Both sites were very accommodating in working with us to remedy the situation and get us on the road. Kudos to Chris and the guy (i’m sorry I didn’t get his name) at Waymaker for working it all out.
Fran RThe gentleman that was running this place was terrible. His printer didn’t work, the app he sent for me to download pictures couldn’t get in the area no cell phone coverage. He didn’t give any information on the proper use of truck. He told me don’t worry about the pictures you have all the insurance added to your agreement. Won’t go back to him. I took 62 pictures on my cellphone he told me that would be alright. Ridiculous

JOHN LWaymaker in Grove OK came through the same day after my initial pick up at Jesse James Tire in Jay OK FAILED to show up to work. So, no one there at pick up, no one answered the phone, no one called to say WHY they were not there at pick up. I believe U-Haul owes me 50.00 I went to Waymaker and was handled professionally and was able to continue my move as planned thanks to the kind gentleman at Waymaker. U-Haul should terminate Jesse James Tire as a dealer and commend Waymaker for coming through for the customer.

MARCUS HWaymakers is awesome! Your online experience is a completely different experience and it is not right to not be able to give a comment to that experience which is awful! I was charged for service and items wrongly and ended up having to pay twice and now arguing to get my money back! People need to just go to the dealer directly! Then dealing with online.

AARON CAl is personal and accommodating. It is the only location where I can check in at a counter out of the weather. I am a home stager who rents often. He is often short on the 15’ trucks which I use. Bigger inventory of 10 & 15 would help.
