When I booked I needed a one way 15 foot truck with pickup in Plaistow NH and was called the day before and was given a 10 foot truck and had to pick up in a different city in Derry NH and was an inconvenience. With the 10 foot truck I could not fit all my stuff in it and had to pay for another month of $92.00 for the storage locker. I will never use U-Haul again not only cost me over a $140 dollars for the truck but also cost me an extra $92.00 waste of money and will let other people know if you book with U-Haul they will change your reservation when ever they feel like it. I would go with other companies first before using them again. Not worth the money it cost me.

RICHARD PNot well marked as U-Haul location. Not much parking. Not attended although I knew that. But without clear signage and at night it was low confidence pulling in to park and finding parking spot. Not docking them for no personnel since it was communicated as not staffed, but not well lit and not much parking, and again- poor signage. And without the reservation in the app it took me a long time to be able to check the truck back in.

Paul LLocation was closed which is fine. The Uhaul app is not useful if you can’t login. I wasted a lot of time trying to get to the drop off process. I received a call from return location the day before, they were very helpful.
