teresa cWhen I got there at 7am to pick up my truck the key wasn’t in the lock box. I had to pay movers 1.5 hours to do nothing while I waited until 9:30 to pick up the truck when they opened. That was almost $200 wasted. I will be calling and requesting compensation.

JOEY SVehicle was dirty and the window crank on the drivers side was broken. The check engine light was also on. All of these were minor problems, but the vehicle probably should have been out of service until the problems were dealt with.

Randall SI drove a total of ten miles 131218 to 131228 on the odometer. The gas gauge didn't move. They charged me for two gallons if fuel. I used less than a quarter of that fuel. Shady business practice.

Dean MWhen I called the one 800 number to schedule a truck, they scheduled at the wrong location. When I went to pick the truck up it was very confusing and took 45 minutes in order to get the truck… Unacceptable. The key box I had to stand on my tippy toes in order to see the numbers for the combination… unacceptable. I contacted customer service to tell of them of my bad situation and they transferred me to somewhere else that said I need to be transferred back to customer service. Unacceptable. I was requesting compensation for my loss of time due to the confusion and getting the truck.
BOYD BThey were closed at 2:30 for lunch so I had to do everything on the app which was very time consuming with taking all the pictures and uploading everything. Took over a half hour with the app
