validation process needs cleaned up. When ordering had to provide ID, alt contact info, etc.. When picking up had to get the app and do the same process of uploading ID, alt contact info, then it went into validating information which im at the place to pick the truck up and cant wait for that process. waiting 15 min still validating. Went into store since app was still validating and again had to provide ID, alt contact, etc..

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Because I had a rather long round trip to make, they set me up in a new cargo van. Couldn't have asked for more! I returned during a heavy downpour and they we more than accommodating to me and my wife, waiting out the storm and offering us some chairs. I've rented from several U-Haul locations in the past. This location has been the best.
John MI picked the truck up when the store was not open. The locks were too tall for me to reach. I had to ask someone else for help.
