Difficult process overall. I was moved to another location 24 hours before pick up. That location didn't have mobile check in and they were closed. I will say the individual I spoke with on the phone at check in time was good to help me find this truck at this location. Check in was challenging, as was opening the lock on the key box attached to the utility pole. Truck was fine, it was clean. Returning the truck was also challenging as the process to follow on the app wouldn't work properly. I don't know if it was a glitch with the app or a connectivity issue.
Geoffrey TThis is a empty parking lot with one trailer. There was no building, people, etc. was not quite sure if I was picking up correct trainer (i did) since only one at this empty lot. Needed a adapter for lights. Drove to a real uhaul location where a GM was working, Andrea Dorsey. Now she was great. Sold me the adapter then came outside to make sure everything was hooked up correctly. Thank God for her!
Larry CHave clean vans, my van was nasty in and out. It smelled like animals were living in it.
Almeida GThe trailer was outside an office building, I had 12 pads ordered they provided me with 3--No one was there to assist in hook up of the trailer. I had to go buy the trailer light wire extension because one was not provided.
