I would recommend this location for the customer service but not for the U-haul rental equipment. Bailey (customer service representative) went absolutely above and beyond to try to rectify the experience I had with a faulty truck. If it weren't for her, this would have been one star experience all the way around.

I put five gallons of gas in the truck and I didn't travel fifty miles and the truck gets minimal ten miles to a gallon and they are saying they had to put two more gallons in it which is a lie and I have the gas receipt to prove what I put in the truck
