This service was all over the place. The building didn’t look like a building and we had to figure out how to go through with the process and get the keys for the rental. I didn’t recieve the Uhaul until 30 mins after I got there. The uhaul also was bent up in a couple of areas.
Janeen WStill very unsure of where the building was. Just saw the uhaul and pulled up beside it. I feel if Uhaul is going to have multiple locations in multiple areas they should put the same effort into it as they do the one in mountain brook and skyland
