I felt in danger. I picked up my uhaul during the day, by myself. I returned it at night and there was a car running at the business with it's trunk open and empty, no one in sight. As I passed the open truck to drop my keys off, a man came out of the nowhere. My boyfriend was behind me and when the man saw him he turned around and walked back into the dark. As we got in our vehicle, the man returned, shut the trunk without putting anything in it and drove off. Btw, the business the franchise was located at was closed all day.Aleisha D.

Worst experience ever. Truck leaked onto some of our boxes while moving. From registration to turn in has been a complete disaster. Next time i wont even consider using uhaul no matter how good the prices are it simply isnt worth itTim C.
We rented for 24 hours but upon pickup was told they rented it out before our 24 hour mark so we had to bring it back the same night although we paid and scheduled the full 24. The shop was dirty, the guy was confused on how to fully run our card and it took longer than it should have for pick up. Pick up was in a dirty shop and they were working on a car within feet of us. Mobile check in was difficult to use because I did not have a good WiFi signal to pick up my location at drop off. The next business day, the staff member was able to read the ending mileage on the truck for me and emailed me a receipt with my final charges. I would use this service and location again.Hannah B.
I was switched to this location for the 24/7 pickup service. I had to Uber to this location because it was in the city. The app did not work until I did a setting on the iPhone in the U-Haul app. I figured it out for my self. I called U-Haul and that person me there was a dedicated app for this program which was not true. Tried to call again and got a 25 min wait notice. Took me 45 minutes to checkout the truck. It was raining when i returned it and you have to take pictures. The pre checkin didn't work right. At the end, the light in the cargo area came on and I couldn't get it off. The rental location (Wagner's) was scheduled to be open at 10am, which was when I was supposed to pick up the truck. The owner did not show up until about 10:20. That's poor customer service if you ask me! If I were to do another rental from Wagner's, it would be done totally online.John R.
The automated return process was unresponsive to my odometer picture, and required employee intervention after 15+ failed picture submittal attempts. So perhaps a bit more work on the mobile features/process should be considered. Overall not terrible though, but room for improvement. Thanks!Edward D.

I had issues with the truck and there was no one at the property at 9am to assist me. The truck was a beast to drive. I have rented 20' trucks from UHaul before and this was the worst in handling, speed, and just driving experience. I pulled up to this location at 10AM and it looked abandoned. The building was NOT open. Nobody was around, I checked my address and the address was correct. I tried the door and it was locked. I called the number and it went to voice mail and the voice mail was full. I thought this place was out of business. So, I call U-haul thinking I needed to find a new location or to tell me what to do. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes and the phone was answered by the POD people whom, I NEVER requested and I had to wait another 45 minutes. While waiting on the phone Wegners called wondering where the trailer was, I told them I thought they were closed, he said he was down the street. I took it right over and finally someone was there. This was after 12:00 noon. That was a really poor way to do business.ROBERT G.
Everything was fine, but it definitely did not feel like a uhaul pickup site - more so someone's garage. It wasn't clear where to enter or who I should speak to. It was also further away from us than we had planned, and the pickup location changed twice from what I had initially requested - the second time happening an hour before we were supposed to pick it up. But the important thing is: they had our equipment we needed for this big move, and they did the job we needed them to.GRANT C.

I dropped the truck off when the location was closed on Sunday evening, but later realized that I had accidentally left my wallet on the dashboard of the rental truck. I called and left a voicemail at the location, and returned to said location on Monday morning, prior to scheduled time of opening. When the owner arrived, I explained my situation, and he immediately opened the key box to retrieve the truck key and got my wallet from the truck for me. I am very appreciative of his kindness in not asking that I wait for him to completely open and check the truck in, as I still had over an hour and half drive to return home to go to work myself.Donna C.

I had to drop off the truck before this location was open, as I had been misinformed about their hours by U-Haul customer service. I knew there would be extra charges for going over the mileage, but I did NOT want this added to the debit card on file. I left a note to this effect, requesting that I receive a phone call so I could take care of the charges when they were open. I never got one. I tried to call multiple times and never reached anyone. Instead, they charged the card on file. I am furious and will never use UHaul again and will never recommend them to anyone.Robert M.

I have several issues. The location was late to open. The owners were incredibly rude to my mother who picked up the UHaul truck. The location also smelled of marijuana. Highly unprofessional and a poor experience.Sean E.

When I arrived to pickup the truck that I had rented it was no where to be found on the lot. I contacted the manager through a phone number that was provided by the app as an after hours support I received no call back. After several phone calls to customer service and 2 hours I finally was able to get a truck. I had to drive to another location and pick it up. I am not one to complain much but I truly do not understand a lack of service to this degree. If I am unable to get this rectified I will not be using U-Haul services ever again in the future.Richard A.
