I was not prepared to do everything without assistance. The folks on the phone were VERY helpful but this was a terrible experience. The truck ran horribly so I returned it early. I locked it up and dropped the key in the box before completing the check out on my phone. Sorry! I would like to ask for a refund for the second day that I didn't use the truck.

Kristin WPerson was 25 minutes late to open. No apology. Place was dirty and was heated with a torpedo heater that smelled.
Richard SU-Haul itself was great. However, the mover company that we used was terrible. All the Right Moves was the name. We booked the movers for 3 hours and they bailed halfway through and then would not call back and would not refund us. Never sent additional movers after promising they would the next day. Horrible experience.
