I never selected safe move coverage for my order, nor did I mention it or agree to it. When I went to the shop to pick up the vehicle, there was no display screen showing the details of my order, and they didn’t show it to me or tell me what the rental would cost. The only thing they asked for was my driver’s licence and credit card. At the end of the day, they didn’t print out the contract for me, and it wasn’t until I left and checked my email that I noticed they had included $15 coverage.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHorrible spot to leave trailers. It’s hilly so it rolled away and had to be moved on top of the building.

ugine sI didn't like the "24/7" process where you get your own key. I had a lot of problems with the combination for the lock and got caught in the rain, so it was unpleasant.
MALCOLM GGrass and weed were really tall which made it difficult to access rear of truck.
